We have stopped all shipping with UPS, and are spreading the message about their horrible (even dangerous) "service" as far and wide as possible. We have set up a FedEx business account and couldn't be happier with all their services, both for our packages and LTL shipping needs! Our FedEx pickup and delivery drivers are professional, courteous, and all around friendly folks! Interaction with them is always a bright spot in our days! (Conversely, our OLD Montrose, CO UPS driver, Tanya, was one of the most spiteful, hateful individuals we've ever met. She drives like a maniac on our rural gravel roads, throwing rocks-breaking windshields, and ripping into our driveway with no regard for human (grandchildren) or pet life on our property. Consequently, she is banned from our property now. While other UPS drivers were good, both corporate and local UPS officials refuse to discipline this seniority-union, roge driver, known as such to all residents on her route.) I just gotta say, when you first walk in don't be fooled folks. It may be small but it's mighty and has many of the services and office supplies you'd expect at a larger office supply store! Seriously...they pack, ship, copy, print, fax, laminate and so much more than office supplies galore! Need a P.O. box? They've got that. Need some dry cleaning? The Town of Ridgway sadly doesn't have a dry cleaner, so get this...you drop off...they'll take your stuff to Montrose and you conveniently arrange a pick-up time back at their store...how cool is that? Need some cool and unique gifts? They've got you covered! Need your coins counted? Yep, got that too. All in all this office supply store is DA BOMB! And y'all know how much I love to support small businesses! Store owners Spencer and Erin were super cool, professional and extremely helpful.
