After 10 mins, I called again and a man picked up. He told me they are "FULL for the night" and gave me a 3rd party taxi cab phone number. Horrible experience. I have never had a taxi company that denies service and is full. They must be a very small company. Nonetheless, never again. Unreliable.

We have set up a FedEx business account and couldn't be happier with all their services, both for our packages and LTL shipping needs! Our FedEx pickup and delivery drivers are professional, courteous, and all around friendly folks! Interaction with them is always a bright spot in our days! (Conversely, our OLD Montrose, CO UPS driver, Tanya, was one of the most spiteful, hateful individuals we've ever met. She drives like a maniac on our rural gravel roads, throwing rocks-breaking windshields, and ripping into our driveway with no regard for human (grandchildren) or pet life on our property.
