My Grandaughter received her card on the 11th but my daughter did not receive her card which contained two checks. I was contacted by a neighbor who lived on Woodland Drive on the 12th who came to my home with the two checks for my daughter which she found on her driveway. The checks were wet and had the note I attached to them but the card and envelope was not there. Please explain what could have possibly happened for this to occur.

Once I arrived he called my name and said " we're is your paperwork" I said " all you said was to make the appointment " then he basically said he can't do anything without the paperwork and I wasted my time for two days and still no passport. Mind you there appointments are all booked so I tried again on the walk in passport days that say the times online and he said " we don't do that".

I told her I need a tracking because the last thing I mailed from the post office was stolen and I wanna make sure it gets there this time.. She said "don't take that out on me ". What?????? I said "i put it in the box you told me to put it in and it never made it there." You wonder why the post office is failing and people choose to go with FedEx and UPS, it's because of the ignorant employees. If you hate your job, get a new job, don't treat people like shit just because you're miserable.

I asked them if they could stamp 24 envelopes and charge me for 24 stamps. The woman behind the counter told me she didn't feel like doing that. I was sold a few books of stamps, and I had many left over. this is government incompetence at its finest. I don't want to pay seven more dollars than I need to to mail a bunch of envelopes failure at its finest and they will keep their jobs because they have a wonderful union and nothing will ever be done to fix my problem. Complete garbage .
