People that expect them to tape up their packages for free are living in a pipe dream. Most post offices do have supplies but they are available for purchase. (The cost of being unprepared) I went around 2 today and they had about 4 people ahead of me in line. Although there was only one woman working, the line moved quickly. I had prepaid packages so I'm generally in and out. The woman working was pleasant as well. It's not a huge post office but it does it's job.

Yes, we were 10 minutes late however her lack of any iota of customer service was shocking for such a nice library and other very lovely librarians. This lady could not answer any questions in regard to the form and made no effort to be helpful in any way. Sometimes the scanning of each item works, but in my experience, it often does not and the clerk reviews the return to check off the items manually. At this location, the clerk scanned the first item, but the second didn't go through. He said it wasn't on the return, and I said, "Oh, all of them should be on there." From there, he started yelling at me, to the point that I had to ask him, "Why are you speaking to me this way?" more than once. He was yelling that if he took the items, I wouldn't get the refund for them. I tried to explain that this was a common occurrence and that there was a way to review all of the items on the return, but he would not listen at all. I said that I would just take them somewhere else to return them, and he continued to harass me until I walked out the door. It was like he went from 0 to 100 over truly a very small issue, and I will never go back to this location because of it. By the way, I went to another location down the street, and no issue at all doing the return for all of my items.
