They somehow managed to intentionally inflate our package dimensions after the fact--resulting in a nice little surprise upcharge weeks later. Facts (since accuracy matters): ACTUAL exterior box size: 11.5" x 11.5" x 11.5" What they entered: 12" (correct) x 13" (WRONG!) x 12" (correct) That magical extra 13 inches--pulled seemingly from thin air--is what triggered the additional charge of $9.14. Funny how that works. Even funnier? This exact same stunt has now happened three times at this location. At that point it's no longer a mistake--it's a business model.
