Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. Recently I ordered something and the vendor used Lasership, waited for over a week after delivery date and when I checked it said package damaged and to contact vendor. I did and their notes indicated that carrier said package was damaged, box opened, contents gone. That was two weeks ago. I ordered something from another vendor about 1.5 wks ago and they used Lasership. I was disheartened when I saw who the carrier was. I kept an eye on the tracking information and it kept pushing the delivery date back. I checked where it was and it has been sitting at their distribution center for three days, no movement. I finally contacted the so called customer service and voiced my concerned. They kept saying it will be delivered 1-2 business days but can't guarantee delivery.?!. Like wth? Seriously? I despise this carrier and they should really consider going into another line of business. I have no choice what carrier these vendors use but seriously they need to rethink using this company. BEYOND upsetting.

Have complained multiple times and continue to receive other people's mail, several of which are…read moreold addresses, and several of which are just the complete incorrect address. I have returned to sender so many times I bought a return to sender stamp. And guess what? That mail gets continuously returned to the address. And many have multiple stamps on the same piece of mail. They also don't honor delivery times, so I've ended up having to return items due to this location's complete incompetence. I don't even know how that mailman is able to keep his job.
