They have no right to accuse me of having something I returned. They have no right to give out my address to someone else. My life was endangered because of a stupid package that I returned!!! This is a complete breach of my privacy. A business as big as USPS should know better than to go out and accuse people of having something that they returned. Personal information should NEVER EVER be given to another person without prior consent. What they did is completely unacceptable, it is bad company practice and should not be tolerated.

The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

Avoid all apartments that utilize Fetch for delivery services. Unfortunately, this service is…read morerequired and paid for by residents at my apartment complex, yet it consistently fails to meet even basic expectations. *Some Amazon, Walmart, and other delivery companies do not recognize Fetch's address for delivery. *Several deliveries were canceled due to lack of staff being able to deliver oversized items. *Fetch informed me that my $108 Amazon package was stolen when delivered before operating business hours. They referred me back to Amazon, which confirmed delivery but refused to replace the items. You have to be a middleman in order to receive proper customer service support. *Standard deliveries are often delayed over 24 hours, so there's no point in using Amazon Prime or express shipping. Also, packages are considered mail, and I don't understand how Fetch avoids legal issues with the mishandling of people's packages. Fetch is required by my apartment -- I'm literally paying for a service that routinely loses and delays packages. Fetch has to be paying these apartments/leasing managers, because to continue using a poor service like Fetch is unimaginable.

Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection. The owner was in the store the day we went in and he helped pick the right box and customised the box so nothing moved and to reduce the cost. He finished the packing, printed out the shipping and tracking labels and receipt for me, and we were on our way. My package arrived on time and undamaged. I couldn't have been happier.
