Only reason I didn't give it one star is because of the hours. There's always a long line, you see…read moreother workers just acting like their working most of the time leaving their register to act like their helping the other with someone package. Sometimes they'll give me a tracking slip and receipt other times they'll say they no longer print them. They're rude and when you ask questions they act like they don't want to be bothered. If I had a post office closer to me with the same type of hours, due to my schedule, I would never go to this place again. This post office is a hit or miss. Most of the time it's a miss

Came here to mail out some items to send back home. I asked if they had tape and the postal worker…read morereplied " we have tape to sell, we don't give out tape". I then responded by saying I didn't see any tape. They looked in the back. No one came back to tell me they didn't have any. So I asked again and the woman replied we don't have any tape. I was like this is ridiculous I have to catch a flight there isn't any tape we can use? She said we would have to leave, get tape, and come back. Another customer inside was sweet enough to give me tape. We left and went to another post office anyway. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Their general inventory including flat rate boxes was slim to nothing as well. I did say that their customer service was horrible. I have been to other post offices and they have let me use their tape. Especially if they didn't have any to sell which I have never encountered in my life.

I recently moved to this neighborhood from Lake Hiawatha, and it's always good to have basic stores…read morelike USPS, CVS, etc., nearby. Luckily, this USPS is less than a mile from my place. I had to send a package to Boston, so I stopped by around 11 AM on a weekday. The store was almost empty -- probably not as busy as the other USPS nearby -- good for me because there was zero wait time. The place is small but has all the usual services, including passports. I spoke with the staff member for a couple of minutes, and he seemed very friendly and helpful. They also have a locker facility, and there's plenty of parking. It's municipal parking, I think, and just a block off the main road in Lincoln Park

More than 50% of the vinyl records I order that come from this post office, arrive damage. Today,…read morethey decided to open the box and the records apparently fell on the ground due to the corners being damage, while there was no shipping damage on the box. They cut the sealing tape, and simply put a rubber band around the box and dropped it off. This is the 3rd time they opened my mail. Of which, 2 orders they damaged. 3 additional records were also damaged by them. On several occasions, the records were thrown at the front door and scattered all over by the front entrance way. I'll be talking to the post master on Monday. They are costing me money with very difficult records to aquire. Oh, several of my bills didn't arrive last month either.

I think we all have pretty low expectations for our experiences at the USPS. The thought of having…read moreto renew and apply for my families passports gave me anxiety. After visiting the Orange USPS and subsequently learning there that their system was "down", I opted for finding a new location to visit given the office in my town does not provide passport services. This Roseland post office is a small location with two windows. When I arrived for my 3pm appointment there was no line (the rep said they were busy with passport services during the day). The young lady at the counter assisted me with 3 renewals and 2 priority mail packages. These transactions went smoothly, without contention. She actually was quite friendly and professional, asking me to attest that statements in my application were accurate. The rep even made recommendations for the best rates to send my packages. She was even kind enough to multitask to assist other customers that came after me with smaller transaction while I completed my documents. The other male rep appeared to be friendly to other customers as well. Welp sorry, Roseland branch your secret is out, it was worth driving the 15 mins from Montclair to take care of my passport services. Simply put they did their job here. That is all we ask as customers.

I also tried to counter another piece of information he claimed I needed to show him. My experience seems to follow others who have tried to obtain information from this office.
