    I've never had a problem here...as long as I've had my things in order. I read the negative…read morereviews to date and they all seem to be about trying to do something and not getting the results expected. I've used this location several times and when my affairs were in order, things went smoothly. I don't give 5 stars because, to the point of some others, if you don't have your act fully together, you won't get a ton of help. I don't see it as a bad thing, but you have to go the extra mile for a 5.

    I had a very frustrating experience during my recent Amazon return. There was a long line, and I…read morebrought in a fairly large item. The owner immediately told me, in a very abrupt and public way, that I needed a box, which felt unnecessary given the situation. I actually had a box with me, but it wasn't visible from his side of the counter. When I politely asked if I could use some tape, I was told I had to purchase it, again in a tone that felt more confrontational than helpful. The overall interaction lacked basic customer service and made the situation more stressful than it needed to be. The tape cost $8, what a ripoff. To make matters worse, the item weighed over 50 pounds, and while an older woman nearby struggled to handle it, there was no offer of assistance from the owner. Combined with ongoing issues like unreliable in-store WiFi, the experience left a very poor impression. I value efficiency and respectful service, and unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both customer interaction and overall service quality.
