Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. He also failed to flag damaged insulation and evidence of a rodent infestation in the attic. The inspection lasted a short 1.5 hours and was not thorough and communication was extremely poor. We only went with him because he used drones for roof inspections, but that proved to be worthless because he didn't even give an estimated age of the roof or its condition, until I followed up with him and asked days later. We are out well over $20k at this point, and he was completely uncooperative and unresponsive when we attempted to discuss all of the above missed issues. Do your research and go with someone more qualified, who actually cares.

The first time I came in, they tried to charge me $2.50 just to print a return label, which already felt excessive. Today was even more frustrating. My Amazon return was already packed in the original box it came in, but because one small flap wasn't taped down, they insisted it wasn't acceptable and wanted to charge me an additional $2 just to tape it. It feels like they nickel-and-dime customers for the smallest things rather than providing basic service. This kind of treatment is incredibly frustrating and comes across as poor customer service. On top of that, the employees were very dismissive and came across as unhappy to be there. The overall attitude made the experience even more unpleasant and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
