After asking her the third time to do what I had asked originally she finely mailed the package the way I had asked. The other woman that was standing there with blonde hair was also quite rude when I asked to help me find a box that would accommodate my package she told me I have no idea look for yourself. This type of customer service is unacceptable in our government offices in especially during the holidays. They have PO boxes. they sell limited boxes to send items in. The staff is OK, not exactly outgoing, but do take care of your needs. For pure convenience this is hard to beat. it is quick in and quick out. The driveway slope can be a bit challenging as you enter, but there is very little crowds, so parking and getting service is easy.

I got notification that my package was delivered yesterday morning, I knew it wasn't because my mail carrier requires that I go to the post office to pick up packages. Today I checked and it was not in my lock box so I drove to the post office and shocking my package was not there and they have no clue where it is. I drove home and called the postmaster who didn't ask for my name, my address or tracking number. Simply told me to tell amazon it was stolen. I hand her my package and she stares at me for a few seconds before "what am I supposed to do with it?"
