The carrier doesn't deliver to your post office box she puts our packages in the mail room and throws it in a pile of mail where you have to dig to find your belongings. She's been asked several times by management and myself to please place them in our mail boxes and she said it's too many packages to deliver. WTH!!! Isn't that the role of mail carrier??? This location in particular is the easiest, speediest, and cleanest location to go to as opposed to the other surrounding postal offices in the area. Every time I have come here with packages to send out and/or to pick up, I am never in here for more than 5-10 minutes. Which is not something I can say for the other locations I have visited . The staff here are surprisingly very kind unlike the other USPS locations in Broward county, and are willing to help with any questions you have or assist you with anything you should need them for . The only shortcoming is that the location is pretty small , and due to COVID-19 regulations patrons in line must be 6 feet apart and depending on how busy they are sometimes that line can go outside the doors. But other than that, like I said the line moves pretty fast and the staff here are great. read more

If they aren't busy having personal conversation while making you wait or in their phones they are busy being condescending and unhelpful. If you aren't sure which box or envelope to ship do not expect them to be helpful. I have had such terrible luck with this post office. The neighbors in the gated community I live in share the same feelings. Every day on our community chat, people are looking for lost packages that state they were delivered. Last night packages were supposedly left at several homes at 6:30 pm. Not one of us received a package. They did not show up today either. Nobody answers the phone. Yes this location sucks. Unfortunately it's the post office that services my home and occasionally I have to drop by to pick up a package that needs signing for. If you're looking for a post office to ship from etc, pick another location! Every time I've been the line has been consistently long and the staff seem particularly slow. I ordered something from REI. It was supposed to be delivered on 8/23. It was marked undeliverable, despite having the correct address. It wasn't processed as undeliverable until 8/30. It didn't ship to the return address until 9/1. It's 9/8, and the package is still MIA. I called to complain about that, and a package for me that was delivered to my neighbor instead, and my mail carrier stopped delivering my mail or picking up my outgoing mail for two days. This location is ridiculous! On Saturdays, it states package pickup is from 7 am to 1 pm. It states to ring the bell for service. If only I had thought to look up reviews for this US Post Office site. I wouldn't be scratching my head wondering where the hell is the certified mail I dropped off at this facility on March 9, 2021. Today is March 18, 2021 at 11:00am and I just hung up from speaking with a customer service representative for the USPS and he informed me the mail I purchased postage, certified and return signature verification for, given a delivery date of March 12,2021 certified tracking never left the facility. My baby's formula was not delivered for days. One day the carrier just didn't show up on our street. The next day I have no idea. I had even gone to the post Office in person to make sure it would be delivered that day. Save yourself the trouble & rent a box at UPS for $200+ a year because it will be well worth it to save yourself the frustration of dealing with this squadron of inept individuals who have zero interest in actually doing their jobs, much less actually assisting you in getting your mail. The driver for this location actually hit my truck in my driveway & the left. When I went to this location to speak with the manager, Steve Hernandez, he denied that the vehicle had hit mine & instructed me to file a claim with my insurance co. Since that incident, I have literally not had a single package delivered to my residence. I sometimes get a notice of attempted delivery & have to drive to the location to retrieve it & sometimes they don't leave a notice at all. Apparently their already substandard service could actually get worse. If USPS employees ever find themselves concerned about the longevity & stability of their careers, this is something that maybe they should focus on, because I'd rather pay someone else to ensure that I am receiving my mail in a reliable fashion. read more

Awful post office!! Who knew that I could be so irritated to actually have to write a review regarding a post office, but today was such an awful experience I had to let others know. I went to this post office in order to return an amazon package (no postage needed, literally just needed to drop it off). When I got there I noticed I needed a piece of tape to tape down the side of a box a little more an make sure that the address didn't come off. I went to the counter and asked if I could borrow a piece of tape to close it a little more and the "tape Nazi" told me that they don't have any tape (despite me seeing their tape dispenser right beside her). I said I only need a small piece. She informed me I had to either buy tape or go next door to the dollar store to buy some. Absolutely ridiculous!!! If you have any other option GO THERE! Avoid this post office. I can only hope it closes because it would be better to drive farther then deal with these crazy lazy people! read more
