I have gone here twice to pick up print jobs and it has always been very easy. The wait isn't too bad, and the staff is friendly/helpful.

Natasha or Nastashia whatever her name is, her attitude sucks she's always rude and demands people to tell her what's in their box. it's a shipping center not TSA! This location sucks! Save your time and go elsewhere. Worst customer service ever and horrible attitude by one of the employee. This is the second time I'm dealing with this lady. African-American lady with glasses. 11:30 AM at the front. Few months back I went into this location to create a business account l, this lady drag me to multiple computers and then told me to go home and do it myself. We to another location and they did it in 5 minutes. Today, her attitude was not pleasant at all, she told me what she can't do with in a minute of dealing with her. Overall, I will say please go to any other location but this one. I strongly recommend one in Sawgrass ( Sunrise / 136). Entire staff will go above and beyond to help you. Wow! What a difference it makes as to which location you go to. We had a total of 3 people people who came up to us asking if we needed help. We wanted to get a picture made into a canvas print. We had to email the pictures that we wanted in print to their email. Once they received the pictures, they verified them and asked what sizes we wanted them in and which orientation (landscape or portrait) we wanted the prints in. At the end, Akeem helped us and was very patient with the questions my husband had and how he kept repeating how he wanted the prints. They are currently having a 50% off sale on select canvas prints which ends on 11/23. The prints normally only take a day but since they're closed tomorrow (Sunday), they will be ready by noon on Monday. read more

I needed some last minute prints so I called FedEx Kinko's for a quote they told me to email them what I wanted and how many I wanted that they would respond with a price and I would need to approve did all of this got the quote it was 140.00 I responded with I approve and they told me the prints would be ready around noon, fast forward wake up in the morning to receive and email that says it was 140 per not 140 total so 421.00 that's a huge difference from the 140.00 quote. 20%off was their resolution. so I took my business to Office Depot 194.37 for 3/11 page prints Moral of the story go to Office Depot read more

This is a nice large FedEx facility, although is kind of hidden. It is located just north of 595 on the West side of University Drive, behind the MacDonalds. It is a full service FedEx office, but also has complete printing services. And if you would rather do your own copies and printing, they have machines available for that. The facility is very clean and they follow all of the COVID protective measures. I have used this place for professional printing jobs, as well as, for packaging and shipping, and it has always been a hassle free experience. I was always happy with the results, and would definitely recommend this place. read more

I walk in for a simple insurance card to be printed. The guy is mad rude, why is he directing me for self service? I didn't ask for that, I just wanted to send the doc n have it quickly printed, attitude the whole time passive aggressively explaining to use the machine. I'm like why do I need a $5 hold when it's like fourth cents, yup yup it's more expensive but fineee. Like brooo this is crazy. So you can't just simply have it printed out. Every time I need something printed for work that's a special project of mine I come here. I have yet to have any issues and if I had any I wouldn't come back. I'm not trying to lose my job because of an issue someplace else. The line can move slowly sometimes and all the associates are always assisting someone but at the end of the day I'll take waiting in line because the quality of the product is worth it. Typically every order I've placed has been done same day even when I didn't need it to be. They always have you look over the final project to make sure it meets your standards. Called day ahead to find out if they laminate. The girl was sweet & polite. She said yes. I was glad they were 24 hours! Arrived early this morning with my kids school project in hand to be laminated..... Only to find out the machine needs a good while to warm up!! Don't quote me on this but I think he said about 20 minutes?! Geez- you have kids? Mom stress setting in! Staff was super nice & friendly, but that isn't going to keep my daughter from getting points taken off for this odd request of lamination! A homeschool mom/customer overheard & tried to help with the "self service do it yourself lamination", but her poster was just a little too big! So, my 3 stars are for 24 hour service and kind employees! My missing 2 stars are next time let me know call ahead because this isn't a machine we routinely keep ON!!! Had I called prior to my arrival we would have a different scenario altogether. We left with a post it note from the guy asking the teacher to go easy on her because the machine wasn't working at the time. Haha my idea. This is my first and probably the only review I'm writing while waiting for the associate to process my order. I have been here for the last 2.5 hours. The previous associate left to take lunch right in the middle of my transactions. Amazing. The one who is helping me now has a bad attitude and while processing my order he also answers the phone and quotes the callers. Last time I was here it was just as bad. But 2.5 hours for 6 boxes is just too much. No sense of rush to service you. Everyone works like they are in Zootopia. Unbelievable. read more

This Fedex Office location is terrible! There is never enough staff and there is always a wait. Several times I have walked in and staff members working in the back do not even acknowledge me. The staff is never friendly. I never see a smile on any of their faces. They all seem so unhappy. Recently I brought a printing and binding job there. I had very specific instructions and offered to leave a prototype with them. The staff member declined to keep the prototype. When I picked up the job it was done incorrectly. The assistant manager, Jose, was not apologetic at all. Thankfully, Heylin was able to correct the job. I had to go home and reprint some items but when I returned Heylin took care of the job as I waited. Her diligence is the only reason this was not a one star review. This Fedex a office really needs to get more staff and give them some customer service training! read more

Man, one of the only downfalls of moving has been being so far from my old FedEx place. This one just isn't the same. I often have to print stuff out for work - and this location just doesn't have that personal touch the other location does. Granted this one is way bigger/busier, but once I've had that personal customer service, it's hard to go back. I've had two major print jobs come out messed up - and there's never been an offer to correct it. The first time they kept saying I sent them the wrong file, until they opened it and realized that the printer just didn't print the right colors. They just said, "That's how the printer prints it....there's nothing we can do." Ummmm ok. So I sent in a new file, with a different design this week.....same problem. When I opened up the box I was a little bothered that yet again the colors were off. I told the young lady and she went to go ask someone. I waited. and waited. and waited. I finally just said I would take it as is because I had to leave. She kept me waiting there without giving me an update - it's just flat out bad customer service. I give them 2 stars because they had one lady that was SUPER helpful when I needed to print something from the computer. She walked me through it and was super nice. Unfortunatly, after 2 bad print jobs, I'm not sure I'll be back here. I'm going to check other local printers that can also get me a quick turnaround. For the prices I pay here, I'd expect the final job to come out exactly how it looks in the design - or at the very least receive an apology when it comes out messed up. read more

I arrived just as they were about to close at 9pm and they were kind enough to process my AT&T modem returns. I had no idea that FedEx has a partnership with AT&T. They didn't even need the boxes to process the returns. They were able to effectively find my accounts and I was in and out. read more

I never in my life thought I would have to experience racism from a FedEx delivery driver on my own property. Today I encountered this driver. He rang the doorbell, it took me less than one minute to answer and he ignored me for minutes as I begged him for my husband's package--at five months pregnant in the hot Florida sun. Such helpful employees, especially Jason! He was able to solve my issue with printing pictures on Kinko's automated machines. The photo machine wants to download your entire photo album from your cell phone or iPad. That's crazy, Kinko's needs to upgrade their machines... you sit there and wait for it to download your pictures it takes forever. Then you get a pop-up that says you have more than 100 pictures please upload them individually. Yep the machine does not allow you to upload them individually. So you just sit there and waste a lot of time and energy to upload and it's very, very frustrating! Thank you Jason!! read more

5 stars for Andrea who helped me getting an acct setup and a shipping label created. I came to get a label for an important overnight package. Was told I needed to do it online and offered the use of comp and the computers would not accept my payment. Andrea came to the computers to help me and was committed. It took us a good 40min to complete the assignment due to some issue with the system not taking my address. I made phone calls to my bank which said the transaction is going through but then the merchant is immediately cancelling it and refunding the payment. Andrea remained committed and fortunately this location was well staffed and all the other customers were well taken care of while my issue persisted. Andrea setup an account for me at her desk and verified my ID and address and we tried again and finally the transaction went through. I observed either a customer or colleague present her with appreciation while she was helping me and I can tell she is probably very helpful and committed daily. I'll come back to this location despite the time it took because at some locations I have felt really on my own to trouble shoot and I have left frustrated. read more

I walked in to drop off a prepaid FedEx overnight envelope. No customers four employees. Two employees behind the front desk talking with one another ignoring me, the manager in the front of the store talking with another employee about items on a display rack. Very pathetic customer service. The manager should find a different job where there aren't customers waiting to be helped. Tonight, I believe his name was Thomas, REFUSED to print 20 copies of an invitation I designed. He told me the illustration I drew wasn't a registered copyright so he could not print it! Are you crazy? Who copyrights every illustration they draw? Not only that, but he saved my artwork onto the corporate computer. How do I know he isn't going to use my design without my permission? Clean place. Really roomy with all tue packing and shipping supplies You need. Staff was helpful and assisted me with packing up some things I needed to ship back home. There's construction outside but it's still open. The only thing is that I feel like the staff isn't as professional as they should be. While one guy was helping me, there were two other workers who were just goofing off and gossiping pretty loudly. I'm sorry, but as a customer, I don't want to see or hear any of your workplace shenanigans. I especially don't want to hear about any gossip or rumors you guys are spreading about each other. At 5:30am on March 10, 2018 came in to print for a very important project. Server person name Thomas tells me the system is down nationwide....i asked him when did the system went down...he goes I dont know...I said how can you not know that.....this guy is very rude...not a usual fedex customer service rep behavior.....I said...ok......I said it should be back up with in 4 hours anyways.. He asked why do you say that....I said bc a company this big always make sure their business is up and running.....I said I'm going to wait....he said something about a hotel and I asked him what did he mean about a hotel, he goes, were you listening, I had said that 3 times....I said excuse me and I asked he bc I didn't understand you......anyways....this guy is very rude and sarcastic. They were able to get my print job quickly, but the service was awful! The associate was unable and/or unwilling to help me get a job file downloaded off of the FedEx app, instead referring me to the 800 number for customer service, even though they were closed! ( This was on a Sunday morning.). I eventually figured out how to do it on my own, but when couldn't they help?! I immediately went to a different location and the people there were able to help me effortlessly and in a friendly manner! The convenience of the 24 hour is the only reason it's getting 2 stars. But not a good experience. They were short staffed and one of the employees had no idea what they were doing. Also had an "old" banner up and when we asked about the discount, they didn't even honor it. This place is a total joke. They claim to be a office store but they can't even help you print things. I sent an email earlier in the day with an attachment, # of copies and my order. I got there at my order pick up time and they told me they were unable to open the attachment. No one even emailed me back to let me know there was an issue. Every month I get 28lbs of cat litter delivered from Chewy.com. I do this instead of buying at the store because it's heavy and I don't want to carry it up to my apartment. Unfortunately fedex does not understand this and keeps leaving the package by my mailbox like it's just another piece of mail instead of delivering it to my front door as per delivery instructions. I have called and complained numerous times but this issue never gets resolved. Because of this I will no longer doing business with Chewy or fedex in the future. I am extemeky disappointed at the situation and will be ordering from Amazon instead because they will deliver the package to my front door. Fedex should be ashamed at how poorly they are treating their customers. Because of the incompetence and laziness of their delivery drivers 2 companies have lost my business forever. WOW! There is something exceptional about how this store is run. I know this is a team based store but I must single out one manager with this review. Chris from the store was a borderline miracle worker this past weekend. My fiancé and I stepped into the location completely lost with a ton of cardstock paper a template and short amount of time till our wedding. (We're Spanish its expected! ) We talked to a rep in the store that passed us to Chris to help us with our wedding invitations. We had very specific dimensions that needed to be met and a ton of laborious work with a strict deadline. Chris spent almost 45 minutes with us breaking down the details of every aspect of the invitation and told us that he would personally see to the start and completion of this project! Just because no one else would get it! That was a Saturday and he advised us that he wouldn't be in Sunday so he gave us a possible Monday expected finish date. He closed Monday so he was informing us possible late Monday. Which wasn't an issue to us. It was rather shocking because other companies take minimum 1 week. Monday comes and my fiancé needed to run to FedEx, and could see from a distance Chris working on our invitations. He came in at 3PM and this was now around 6PM. He then called us around 10PM to inform us that the job was close to done and we could come pick them up. We got there around 10:30 and he was just finishing up. I couldn't believe how great they came out!!! It was just so amazing to know Chris took his time though I KNOW it had to be divided to personally complete this project. It goes above and beyond customer service and I pray this review makes it to corporate to know you have a gem in that store who if is leading by example could make the company even better than it already is! If I can leave negative stars I would.. the manager is the rudest of all the employees. I avoid this FedEx because anytime I go here they never are willing to help and give any customer service. I came in today to ship a painting.. which I have dimensions approved for prior to arriving. After going through missions to bring the box there they tell me they can't send it out. They couldn't make a box for me either, offered me no help at all. They saw me struggling and just walk past me or stare. This place is terrible. read more
