I asked to drop off a prepaid package--something that should be quick and easy--but Eric, the so-called "lead," insisted I wait in the same long line as others needing full services like label creation. It's as absurd as being asked to stand in line just to drop off a letter. When I questioned why prepaid drop-offs couldn't be handled separately, Eric became rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He initially refused to provide his name and only reluctantly gave his first name without further identification. His behavior created an unnecessarily hostile environment, especially during the busy holiday season. This post office desperately needs a dedicated drop-off area for prepaid packages. Forcing customers to wait in long lines for something so simple is inefficient and unacceptable. I'll be filing a formal complaint and hope management addresses these issues immediately.

He was the only staff member serving all the customers.It was a very busy time of the day and a long line had formed. This very capable postal employee made every customer feel welcome, he carried out each request in a very timely manner, and made sure to politely help each customer through what they needed. Some nearby post offices tend to run out of certain ones, so that was a nice surprise. The history of this building, along with the statue and memorial outside, is pretty grim but also really interesting. It adds a level of character you don't always see at a post office. Small town post office with the small town charm…read more The staff in this office goes above and beyond. It's amazing actually considering the bad rap the P.O. usually gets. I would go out of my way to go to this particular location based on the fact that I know I will leave there confident in the fact that my package will be taken care of and properly handled.
