It's impossible to make an online appointment for a renewal because they don't exist! She refused to help me. Maleeka refused to give me her last name. If she's not doing anything wrong, why refuse to provide your full name? I called a couple of times trying to get her full name. The phone rang and rang without being picked up. When Maleeka answered when I called AGAIN, she started screaming at me and told me she was calling the police...all because I wanted her last name. My son also called, trying to get her name. He asked to speak to the postmaster and was told, "It's me! I'm Maleeka. Who 'dis,?" She refused to give him her last name. Also, she wasn't wearing a uniform or a name tag. Maleeka needs to be fired. A formal complaint has been filed.
