I handed her the slip from my mailbox and she proceeded to give me the wrong packages., which I told her was one of the reason I'm having my packages held at the post office, cause they can't seem to get the right packages to the right people.

I hope USPS reviews this situation and works to improve both customer service and delivery reliability on this route.

No package to be found whoever delivered it lied and they used to leave pictures where it showed it was dropped off and they don't do that anymore. I've been very disappointed with the post office cause sometimes there is a gate to go to my front door. They don't leave the package off at the front door. They sometimes throw the package over the fence. They don't even know whether it's fragile or not, and just leave it there which irritates me the service with the post office is getting so slacked. I don't know who they get for the deliveries but these delivery people are so untrained and could give a shit about delivery.

It ended up taking them 10 months to deliver anything, many of our items were smashed to bits when we received them, and they ended up charging us an additional $1000 to get our items off the dock. We ended up going back and forth with their "Customer Service" department about all this. We were eventually offered $400 in recompense, provided we sign a "settlement agreement" freeing them from all legal liability for the late delivery and damages, and restricting us from commenting publicly on their staggeringly poor service. I don't like being held over a barrel like that, so here we are. In any case, if you decide to go with this company, maybe don't ship anything that's too important to you, or that you want to see again any time soon.
