It ended up taking them 10 months to deliver anything, many of our items were smashed to bits when we received them, and they ended up charging us an additional $1000 to get our items off the dock. We ended up going back and forth with their "Customer Service" department about all this. We were eventually offered $400 in recompense, provided we sign a "settlement agreement" freeing them from all legal liability for the late delivery and damages, and restricting us from commenting publicly on their staggeringly poor service. I don't like being held over a barrel like that, so here we are. In any case, if you decide to go with this company, maybe don't ship anything that's too important to you, or that you want to see again any time soon.
