The box was to big to carry I took a picture of the box with the measurements. I showed the employee the shipping label and the item with the measurements he looked up the price to have it shipped back. It was expensive so he advised me if there's a problem with the item contact Amazon for a free shipping label so I won't have to pay. Also FedEx can come pick up the vanity for me. He was very helpful. It's nice when employees take their time in assisting customers.

Which is ridiculous because if there is a weight minimum & maximum, I would like the option to increase or decrease what I put inside. But they said I have to take it home, and bring it back completely sealed. So now we are playing blind games with customers - try and guess the weight of your package. Lovely. I took the overpriced box home, filled it up, and had my daughter take it over to the the employees there are so helpful and professional. They refused to take my package unless I left it without getting a receipt. If I did that, I would not have proof of shipment. I declined to do so. They need to update their website so that their customers do not rely on the wrong information. I made the trip over there for no reason.

Had the actual worst day and to top it off the drier in my house broke (even after spending hours…read moretrying to fix it), so I went to this laundry mat since it's the closest thing to my house and I had no car. I had to lug around 3 garbage bags of my clothes and walk in all of the piles of snow and ice we just got. Once I got here I asked if they accepted card and the woman working here said no no no and gestured for me to go away like I was bothering her. I had cash so I went to get a card for the machines and started to put my clothes in the drier. After I started the drier the same woman came up to me and said I'm not allowed back here because I wasn't supposed to just use the drier, I had to use the washing machines too. I had no idea and started apologizing saying "I'm so sorry I didn't know, my drier at just home broke--", and she was still very mad and just said okay don't come back here. I completely understand if a place has rules and I wasn't trying to blatantly go against them, I genuinely just had no idea. To immediately say, "don't come back here" is so beyond rude.

I can only add to the other dismal reviews. The clerks here are generally nasty, rude, impatient,…read moreand short. If you have the slightest question or confusion they castigate and berate you in front of everyone. They lack common decency or courtesy. The interior itself is a shambles too. For example: with many credit card machines, you can insert your card at any time during the transaction. However, with their machine, you have to wait. There is NO INDICATION of this anywhere, until the clerk yells at you that "I didn't tell you to put it in!" You see, it's your fault you are bothering them, and not following their ridiculous protocol, and thus disrupting their way of work. Or if you have to wait in line to get the label & envelope - which should be stocked in the lobby - you get yelled at if you ask if you should return to the end of the line again or simply wait until you're done addressing and closing the envelope you would have completed already IF THEY DID THEIR JOB AND STOCKED THE LOBBY. The easiest solution is to de-unionize the USPS so that employees are answerable to the customer and to performance rather than let loose to their own laziness and lack of upbringing.
