I searched on the FedEx website and we saw various discounts, (screenshot below), including opening a FedEx account, using FedEx Express, or the FedEx One Rate. After getting a quote, the sender asked whether the various discounts were applied because they wanted to get the best rate. Instead of an explanation or a productive correspondence, the sender was told by the lady (presumably the same lady referenced in other reviews) that the rate they were given was the best rate and that if they don't like it, they could go home and do it themselves. In our view, the lady could have explained if all discounts were already applied or not. If it is something she doesn't do for her customers, she could have articulated that as well. The way this went down, it was unnecessarily rude. Understandably appalled by this lady's blatant rudeness, my sender went home, and ended up doing it themselves online and got a better rate. In that sense, the lady was in fact helpful. Perhaps some tact would have pushed my sender to use the services there and then, but the first impression was so poor that my sender is determined to never return.

I asked if I needed to join the line when I was done or if I would be able to skip. She said either way was fine. Upon completing my last certified mail papers, another representative told me I needed to hurry up because the delivery guy was leaving and they're already closed. I quickly filled it out and came to the counter. To then be told they were closed and could not take my mails. The time being 5:13 pm. Without any prior notice to me, while continuing to take customers that were after me, SECONDS PRIOR to addressing me. I walked back to the counter, Saiful then came to insist they could not take my mails. I left with some frustration and sharply and abruptly opened the door. For another representative to address me about how I opened the door and how he doesn't appreciate it. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to customer service at this establishment. On top of the fact the the lady speaking to them seconds before me, they gave her mail to the truck.

I've had no issues aside from him being not very pleasant here and there. But this, this was absolutely different. I went into the store about 4 days ago to pick up some packages. Once o received the packages I tell him that there should be at least one more. He tells me no, I only have what he sees and he does not know what to tell me. I continue to stand there because I know the email i received said that my package was delivered. The line grows, I get annoyed and leave. I'd originally planned to have this as my LAST monthly usage of the service since the older man had been so unpleasant other times, I just needed a better way involving as less people as possible because it wasn't working. I leave the store without package. I call him the same day to indeed confirm that my package was delivered there. He takes my info and says there's nothing he can do for me. He then calls back less than an hour later to tell me he found the package and when can I pay. I told him I would pay when I came up there. Now to today, I go there to pick up packages. He then with a smirk on his face go through some policy about how it's been 3 days over since I should have paid. He was holding my packages hostage until I laid at lease for 2 months. I could not pay for 1 month and to basically leave the store. I asked for a managers number he SLAMMED a card down on the counter and said his manager wasn't available until Monday. Do whatever I wished. This is absolute HORRIBLE customer service. You can't get this type of service in a pool hall if you didn't pay your tab. This man is beyond unprofessional and is not a good ambassador for the company. I will never do another $1 with them. So he forced me to pay for $60 for 2 months or not get my packages until maybe a week later when the manager was available which by this time would have been longer and given them more leverage to charge me a higher price.
