To the attention of the Postmaster... First, we don't like…read morethat, sometimes, packages get crammed in our mailbox. One time, I had the worst time wrestling a package out of our box. That hasn't happened for a while now. We hope it never does. Second, we don't like that only packages are brought to our door, but not the rest of our mail. We realize that it's because of time use, to maintain efficiency. Still, it would be nice if everything is brought to our door. Third, it would also be nice if our mailbox was moved to our house. Our health issues make it a challenge to get our mail every day. The traffic situation adds to that challenge. Sometimes, we have to wait a little while. Then, there's the weather. People don't like getting their mail in bad weather. We're no different. Still, it's an efficiency issue with your policy. Fourth, placing policy before people is not a good way to conduct business, as far as we're concerned. You have to answer to those above and try to be fair with everyone. Too much policy might scare people away, but all businesses set policies for themselves and the people they serve. No business and nobody is ever perfect. Lastly, I've received great service with the clerks at the front desk. Every experience was great. Thank you for your time in reading this review.

They get to know their regulars and each time my visit is quick and easy. Depending on the line, I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. They go beyond just shipping services and Amazon returns- you can get a variety of things printed, from large posters to small business cards and everything in between. This is also the spot to go if you need a livescan fingerprint done. The remodel made this spot look modern and beautiful.

Two employees, one man and one woman The person renewing was talking to the woman and the man idle. I started to go to the counter when the MAN gave me a dirty look. So I went back. Then the man starts helping the young lady getting her passport. I went up to the woman employee. I told her I was renewing my passport so she started giving me application and answering my questions. When I got to the part of photos I told employee I wanted to take the photo there and then I would go to my post office in Dos Palos CA to mail my renewel. This is when the man interrupted us and pretty much told me off. In a very sarcastic voice gold me. YOU CAN DO IT ALL AT THE DOS PALOS POST OFFICE AND GET YOUR PICTURE DONE AT Walgreens OR ANY OTHER STORE. I REPLIED THAT I DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT. HE SAID "THEN YOU DONT WANT A PASSPORT". I was stunned. First because he was listening to our conversation instead of listening and helping his client, and second, I am 92 years old and I have never been talked to like this by a public servant, not even the DMV,or any body else for that matter. What baffles me is the service, the ladies there could be a bit friendlier, it doesn't hurt to be more courteous to the customers, i understand some customers aren't easy to deal with but it doesn't hurt to try. I've had negative experiences with deliveries on multiple occasions where I see my package was delivered but is nowhere to be found in my mailbox or on my doorstep. When I've addressed these issues with the staff they are rude, blame it on the recipient, & when they realize it's their mistake (I.e not leaving the community box key in the personal mailbox, placing the package in the wrong mailbox, scanning it as delivered & taking it back to the post office for the sake of not ringing the doorbell) they don't apologize & still try to excuse their poor delivery service. There is a blonde lady though who always rings the doorbell when larger items come in & she is very friendly. Other carriers could really take some notes! So overall, yes they ship my items as I'd expect but their service could improve drastically.
