An hour later, I caught the problem and spoke to the owner immediately. He was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. I came up with several possible solutions to rectify the situation, to which he repetitively commented, "You can't prove to me you dropped off the package". I asked to speak with the employee who scanned everything (but one) as he would remember me due to his comment, "you're so organized". The owner left me on hold and never returned to pick up the call. My warning...The owner is superficially friendly when all is well. However, I've witnessed him loudly arguing with another customer in the store just 2 weeks ago. They then tried to get me to pay for them to shred the copies they made wrong. also other places I've been to charge per page(paper) and they charged me per side. when I mentioned it the guy who works there was very nasty and rude. A third lady was there and she said she just needed to drop off her package which already had it's shipping label on and was ready to go. They did not let any of us in.
