Yes, it's a small, cute, little one with small staff - so that just means you have to be extra patient with them and for all their hard work, especially during the busier season. I can't speak for their P.O. Box or anything like that but their services are rendered like any regular post office would and the guys working behind the counter can literally make you LOL if you just happen to sit back and eavesdrop while you're waiting in line or taping something up. Pro tip: get your supplies and print all the labels at home and save a nice chunk of time by just dropping them off. Totally makes a difference!

After calling to report it, I was told I would receive a check from the main UPS office. It never arrived for some unknown reason. However, Country Postman stood behind their express overnight delivery policy and gave me the full refund that was due to me. I appreciate that the store manager took responsibility and did the right thing for me as their local customer. All of the employees in the store have always been friendly and very helpful but in this situation the manager handled a problem very professionally which was appreciated.
