Any issues I have had with lost or slow mail, they have been diligent to help me figure out the causes / issues that may have caused the problem. Not only have they helped give me all the information I needed to get the answers, but they also follow up with me to see if they were resolved! I have shipped over 800 packages and every time I am greeted with smiles. They work together like a family and it's really refreshing to see such a tight knit group of dedicated workers with lovely personalities. Always smiling and quick with a friendly joke. I have NEVER had this experience at any other USPS location. This particular location goes above and beyond. Every single package, like each single one, says "delivered", "left at mailbox", etc. Nothing shows up. Even my regular mail is delayed. My packages, if ever delivered, will show up weeks later tossed at random spots. I've found them thrown in the parking lot, on the stairs, pretty much anywhere but the mailbox.
