I frantically waved, but driver wouldn't come back. I called UPS and somehow got the delivery rescheduled for later that day, but requested after I got back from a medical appointment. Driver came back earlier than requested (before I got back), and left an "annoyed" note ... UPS online updated the next attempt for Saturday. Never showed up. Then for Monday. Never showed up ... by Monday night, there was NO STATUS, and despite over a dozen calls including to supervisors, my package still can't be located ... are they kidding? ... Now it's Wednesday 7pm ... If that wasn't enough, ANOTHER package (for my business) was scheduled for 3:15-5:15 TODAY ... AGAIN, it was a no-show ... Actually, I don't blame the drivers, nor phone staff ... I blame CAROL TOME, the CEO of UPS for massively cutting staff, and negatively affecting customers ... Why should someone being paid $24.1M a year, with a 2023 CEO-to-median worker pay ratio of 436-to-1 care about her customers? ... She's only interested in profits and the opinions of investors ...

Do not take the option for a callback as it stated 25 minutes to callback. Over a hour later I had to call and wait almost half an hour for an agent to say There is no reason eht it was delayed and give it till 20 am tomorrow for an update. I am sure Zi will have to call again and get the run around

As an Elite Yelper, I try to give grace when it's warranted -- but this place has tested my patience more times than I can count. If you're looking for consistency, professionalism, or even a basic sense of urgency, you may want to brace yourself. The staff here are a rotating cast of personalities and procedures. One day, I'm greeted by a helpful woman who gets my package processed in five minutes flat -- friendly, efficient, and exactly what you'd expect from a major shipping company. Then the next day, I'll run into someone else who suddenly needs to weigh, measure, remeasure, question every label, and type at a glacial pace, all while barely acknowledging my presence. It's not that they're rude -- it's more that they seem either overwhelmed or uninterested. And that inconsistency is maddening. I shouldn't have to guess what kind of experience I'm going to get based on who's working that day. A shipping center should have systems and procedures that don't change based on who's behind the counter. The parking lot is small and chaotic, especially during busy hours. There's little to no signage to guide customers, and if you're unfamiliar with the layout, it's easy to walk into the wrong entrance or get in the way of the loading zone. On the upside, they usually have shipping supplies in stock, and they haven't lost a package yet (knock on wood). But that's the bare minimum of what I expect from a place like this. If you're in a pinch and don't have another option nearby, this place will do. But don't come here expecting a seamless experience. Bring your patience -- and maybe some snacks -- just in case. Pro tip: If you find an employee who's actually helpful, try to remember their name and time shift. It might be your only hope for a quick visit.
