The problem that I have is that I am at the window now tending to my business because it is my turn. She abruptly discontinued the service and explanation with me to talk and tend to the prior customer. She should have finished the explanation with me and take the guy waiting. I was sending a letter overnight. The clerk has an extremely difficult time trying to explain the difference of overnight and express overnight. Monday guaranteed or 4 day no guarantee. I chose Monday. I Stepped off of the line to fill out the form. I get back on the line for her to tell me that the Monday guaranteed won't get there by Monday maybe Tuesday. For $31 plus dollars, I'll go the cheaper route. So that meant I had to get off of the line again and fill out the first form that I had. She was not very knowledgeable. So, the original form was now guaranteed for Monday delivery. She was unintelligible and did not know what she was talking about, trying to give more information than what is needed by starting off with, there is no overnight deliver after 4 o'clock. I will not return here; I will make sure I have enough time to travel elsewhere!

The new mattress and box spring was not dirty or damaged in any way. The men wore protective gear on their shoes to prevent dirt on my floor.
