An appointment was made online and we had no wait when we arrived. Since we printed the information on the application forms in advance, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. The clerk was very helpful in directing our daughter on how to position for the passport photo. When it was time to pay, we were able to simply pay with debit card for everything rather than write a separate check/money order to send to the US Department of State as stated on most sites. The clerk printed out the pre populated money order to send on our behalf in one fell swoop. Super quick and easy. Definitely recommend service here at this location.

It starts with there is no incentive for this place to thrive on its service, because the Gov gives them millions each year no reason to improve. They pay the CEO millions each year many more times then the president of the US. They pay post master of many towns 100,000 a year, think about every small town in the US yes no wonder they have no money. The greed and fraud is at its peak in this place and no one seems to care.

This…read morelittle post office is conveniently located just one block away from my office and I can run over on my lunch breaks if I need to. There is NEVER a line. Ever. And the staff here is always so nice and friendly, which isn't always common in post offices. Ask for Kirby, he's the best! This post office is on the second floor of City Center Square downtown--I think it's the only PO downtown? Not sure on that one, but I'd always rather go to this post office then the one by my apartment where I always end up waiting in line for 10 years. If you work downtown, this place is handy!

This location is really close to my job. It's actually in walking distance. I appreciate the fact…read morethat they have a self service machine. It helped a lot to get an idea of the weight of my letter. The downside was that for whatever reason the machine would not read my debit card so I ended up in the line anyway. It was the end of the day so the line was relatively small so I didn't mind. Now dealing with the workers was a different situation. I had already weighed the letters since I was attempting to send them with the self service machine. When I got to the window, the worker was somewhat argumentative with the weight. I'm all for experience but she kept telling me that my letters were overweight and would be more than the regular first class postage. I explained that I had just weighed them and I was aware of how much it cost to mail them. When she finally put it on the scale, she came to the conclusion that I had gotten the correct total from the self service machine. After a few more tussles mentally with her over postage, the transaction went smoother. Now despite all of this one instance, I've had no problems with this post office. I'm a frequent fan of their off hours self service and even when I have had to speak with someone, generally speaking, they've been more than kind and willing to help anyone that comes it. The environment and the staff would normally have gotten a 5 from me because I've been to other Post Offices and they just have not been as efficient for me. As a matter of fact, this is my second favorite post office (I do a lot of mailing) but this experience and me witnessing this employee's interaction with the people in front of me has tainted my love just a bit.

Today I find out that my customer didn't receive her order yet and was due for delivery today! I checked the tracking info and according to it, my customers order never got scanned into their system. My other packages did and have been delivered, but this one is no where to be found! I went to file a claim and after inputing all the info, it says there is an error in my request! I just want to know where my customer's order is! And how am I going to be reimbursed for my order that I have had to a refund.
