The Main branch is also the passport location. Again, the customer service was frustrating. The whole process for their failure to deliver a package that was undamaged took nearly an hour. I went to this location to initiate a new lock installed and was told it would be 2 weeks. In this time, I have been having to go from the location on 3624 Commercial to the 1050 25th st. The difference in customer service at this location is astounding. The large man with grayish hair is the most incredibly rude and dismissive person and from several other reveiws, I am not only one reporting him as such. I went in because informed delvery said my pkg was delivered to 3624 Commercial P.O. due to there being a hold on my mail (until I get a new key) this pkg was a medical test ordered by my doctor and was time sensitive. When I went to the counter, the rude employee was at the next terminal over and listening to the conversation. The girl at the terminal just kept asking for me to show her the informed delivery email. I asked her to please go check for my pkg, she refused to leave the counter and kept saying it isn't here and basically saying I never received such an email as they don't take pkgs there (???) the rude employee next to us chimed in with a "its not here" at which point I started to walk away from the counter trying to hold in my anger at both of them, but failed when the girl behind the counter said WOW like I had done something wrong! I lost it. The big guy kept yelling HAVE A NICE DAY to every word I said from there on out. He is rude and dismissive of customers without reason and if the complaints here are any indication, he should not even have a job anymore. I sure wouldn't if I treated customers the way he does at my job! Beware here..oh and I did finally find the Informed Delivery regarding my test and YES it was delivered to the 3624 location and SENT BACK tot he sender that same day! No attempt to send it to the correct location, nothing. No wonder they both knew my pkg was not in the back since they sent it back to sender! If you can, go elsewhere,do so.

Stopped in one day to ship out a small package, when trying to juggle all the other things in my hand and my phone to read the address of where I was sending it the store representative asked me to take my phone so he could read the address and type it in... afterwards, when I was asked to double check the address and that it was going to the right place. I triple verified that indeed it was the correct address and a correct apartment number on the little pad. Well a week later it gets sent back, and this store tries to tell me I didn't give them the right address and upon the associate trying to explain to me that I was going to have to yet pay again to re-ship it, she said that this is a normal issue they experience with their system - and that sometimes when addresses get put in and verified that the system will not understand apartment number and remove it... she told me that was something they've experienced before.... Yet they wanted to make me pay again to re-ship it. Apparently that associate talked to the manager, who then confirmed yes I was going to have to pay for it again because I did confirm the address on the pad - which I did, and was correct at the time. Cannot recommend this place, especially over a couple of dollars and customer service. Won't be back, and will file a different complaint with ups- though I know it is independently owned. And for the management not to call be back and make the associate who doesn't fully understand try to explain is asinine.

This location is larger than the NE store and will accommodate multiple people inside at once. While Mondays and holidays can be busy, my experience has generally been a quick transaction. They also offer printing, copying, along with basic office and shipping supplies. There's a small internet workspace, but it was out of service my last trip.
