Great staff except for the older, deathly pale woman with a ginger bob. She literally stood there and ignored my question for 5 minutes pretending to type on her computer while I tried to drop off my package. Packages are often misdelivered. The lines are regularly long. One clerk is nice the rest are surly. I had a package go missing. First they said that they delivered it to a vacant house in my neighborhood instead of my house and told me to go get it. Then they changed their story that they delivered it to my house, except I have a video security system. They lied. No video of them delivering and the postmaster who is virtually impossible to contact could care less. Filing complaints is useless. Poorly trained, bad customer service, lying about misdelivering packages. They need a whole staff change. read more

In 6 months in our new home we have had our mail delivered to other people, lost and not delivered at all so many times, we have lost track. The carrier says he can't do a 3 point turn, yet UPS and Fedex with bigger trucks have no problem. Today mail from someone with a different name, different street and different house number.
