Signs for mask being required, reminders of social distancing and occupancy limitations. Here's what I didn't like: The customer service. I was appalled how I heard other customers were talked to as well as myself. You could tell that the people processing customer request did not want to be there. I get that not everyone loves their job and that is what is. However, at least be savvy enough not to make it obvious. However, they were gracious enough to unlock the door a little early and accept my package. This location isn't the easiest to get to, especially during morning traffic in Lawrence. If you are not used to driving in Lawrence (which I am not), you might be better off using the Fedex drop-off location in Wilmington if self-service isn't your cup of tea.
