Only figured it out after calling Central Transport. We're a 5 floor office and built out these pallets of hurricane relief aids for our field station down in the islandson the loading dock for pickup TODAY because we don't have the ability to move pallets through the office building and to our office. Now we're stuck breaking down the pallet at 6pm at night, dragging everything back up to our office suite, and then rebuilding the pallet tomorrow in hopes they actually might show up tomorrow.

I replied I would like to open a po box, a staff member shoved a form at me and walked into the back. That's part 1. I filled out the form and brought my drivers license to a large, heavy set white woman. I opened a pdf of my insurance on my phone- 2 required documents. She said she needed a paper form, so I left went to my car and retrieved the registration. She, then, said she wouldn't accept my valid US driver's license because the address was different. None of these requirements are on the actual form, but fine. I show her an employee id- no expiration date. She insists I go home and get a passport or my military id!!! After each new "requirement", she walks off to the back and pretends I'm not there anymore. I have had po boxes at several post offices including this location, for years- never had an issue actually opening the box with valid id. I did have issues with them losing mail, not being open as advertised, and never answering their phone. I'm filing a complaint, not that I expect much to come of it, but people like her is why this area has such a wonderful reputation. My only consolation is that she is probably a deeply miserable person, to feel the need treat people this way.

Worst case, Sat delivery. Apparently, the trouble they told me they had with the driver picking up air packages in time was an issue for my package. it did not make it overnight. It is now 5 days later, June 29, and the package is still in transit. 5 DAYS LATER!!! This is all due to the driver waiting until the last minute to pick up overnight air deliveries. This is the 2nd time this month a Thursday overnight did not make it until Monday. It is unacceptable. I could have driven it there myself or even used ground. I hope there are some repercussions for the lax driver who plays with people's livelihoods. I am beyond upset and will NEVER use UPS again. Despite how wonderful the counter people were. It was out of their control. Do NOT use this location if you need to overnight. The driver won't make it in time.. Not worth the risk.
