My in-law mailed some snacks from TW to the US for my kids. But the man who was supposed deliver the package came only once, I didn't hear the bell so I didn't open the door. He didn't even leave my the slip for me to go pick up myself. I waited few more day hoping someone will deliver again or at least leave me a slip to pick it up. But NOPE, nothing. Luckily I know people who work in the post office, in different location, who willing to look for my package before they return it back to Taiwan. Now I have nothing to give my best friend for her engagement party. So rude on the phone. Sends me a email with the claim with the wrong date so the seller won't reimburse. I would have given them a 0. We have been in our office location for the last 4 years and didn't have any issues with the mail. Unfortunately for us since September 2022 we are not receiving any mail. We have talk to via phone to the post office and someone claims it will be taking care of, but nothing happens. At least once a month or sometimes weekly I get my neighbors mail. They usually deliver the mail by one number wrong. I usually get my neighbors mail to the right of me...So does that mean the whole block gets their next door neighbors mail? Is it that hard to look at the house number and then the mail before you put it in the mailbox? Sometimes my neighbor doesn't even get my mail when this does happen so where does my mail go? Kevin needs to get a reality check. All these workers here, especially him are miserable! He talks to me every time I go in there with an attitude. Has no respect towards people he speaks too also. He talks as if everyone in there knows what they are doing. If you don't him or other workers will give you an attitude. I spend roughly $300 a week on mailing out packages from my eBay account. I spend the extra money at UPS down the road cause the workers there actually like their job and are always happy to help you and provide a reliable and conformable service! I constantly receive the wrong mail. They frequently come late (after 5pm). Mail carriers are always walking through my garden. I put my sprinklers on after 5pm today and the stupid carrier had the nerve to throw my mail on my stoop instead of putting it in the mailbox. Found it bundled up with a rubber band soaking wet. Meanwhile the sprinkler is the kind that rotates around the yard. Plenty of time to go up to the box and put it in there. Levittown post office sucks! read more

I mail hundreds of packages a year through this post office. I constantly receive reviews from my customers about how fast the shipping was and I almost never have any problems. I once complained about the drop off box being full after hours, they listened and now I seldom have any problem with this. I'm giving 4 stars because no one is perfect but when you consider the sheer volume of mail going through this post office, I have no complaints. read more

This isn't a review for the actual office itself, but the service. I have never had so many problems receiving mail at my residential address before. Since April, I've had 2 packages go missing, though they were checked into this post office before going "out for delivery". Thankfully they were amazon orders, so Amazon refunded me. Twice also I've gotten updates that a package was undeliverable on a Saturday, despite watching our mail truck pull up to our house... sans package, of course. Maybe Amazon is to blame when I paid for 2 day shipping only for it to take over 5 days. Going to continue shipping to my work address; maybe this will be sorted at a some point. read more

I had an issue with the delivery of a package in South Carolina. This was sent a week ago from my local post office in Levittown, NY but I was unable to get there earily to find out where the package was. When I arrived today, I was immediately directed to a supervisor, Steve, who began to track the package in South Carolina. He was great!! Courteous, professional, patient, and apologetic (even though the issue was in South Carolina). He had to make two calls before finding the package. Steve even asked if the other post office could make the delivery today, New Year's Eve at 4:00 pm. I was thrilled! Wonderful employee (as were the two other people who helped me)!!! read more

Horrible customer service. Marilyn who works on Saturdays is very rude and has no patience. She was extremely rude to another customer about a month ago then today this past Saturday she was very rude to me and not helpful. If you can not provide even halfway decent customer service, then you should find a new job. As I work full time, I can only get to the post office on Saturdays. I got to the Levittown post office this past Saturday at 9:15am. I needed to return a money order and was told there wasn't enough cash, I would have to come back later on in the day. I was on my way to a doctors appointment to find out the gender of my baby and this was a horrible start to my day. My time is valuable also. You are the freaking post office. You should have money available. Especially when its only $88. As if that wasn't bad enough, Marilyn who was "helping" me was not the least bit apologetic or nice at all. Even when I left, the lady behind me says, "I can't believe they don't have $88. It was ridiculous. read more

This Post Office does not even deserve the 1 star I'm forced to give. Not only is the staff here incompetent but they are rude without remorse. I'm going on an extra week being unable to get a package they have in their back room because can't get their own policy straight, they contradict their own customer service line and have zero interest in anything but getting through the hours on their shift. There are no repercussions for lame service and they know it. Spend a few dollars and go to UPS or FedEx. USPS is a sinking ship and this location shows why they honestly deserve it. read more
