FedEx is an absolute disgrace. We paid $75 for overnight shipping from East Meadow, NY to Clearwater, FL. The package was supposed to arrive Saturday. It didn't. When we called, we were told FedEx's system "mistakenly" scheduled it for Monday. Their error--and they refused to fix it. On Monday, it got worse. They couldn't even locate the package and told me I would have to go pick it up. No one could tell me where it actually was. I was sent from one FedEx location to another, wasting hours, with each location acknowledging the mistake but unable to resolve it. The only reason I even got the package was because someone finally located it at 7 PM the night before I was leaving--making the overnight service we paid for completely meaningless. The local employees were the only bright spot--they tried. The company itself is a failure. Then customer support. I was told to call for a refund due to their failure. Instead, I was passed around repeatedly until I reached someone named Claudia, who gave contradictory information, made things up as she went along, and ultimately refused to issue a credit despite the obvious failure to provide the service we paid for. FedEx lost the package, failed to deliver overnight, forced me to track it down myself, and then refused to take responsibility. This is not a delivery company you can rely on. read more

i hate fed ex with a passion! this is the only delivery company that can never deliver my package to my house.... but yet i see fed ex in my complex! how the hell you can't find me apartment when it's my delivery but all those who live in my complex you find them? and i'm convinced thy drivers don't read the packages! it clearly states apt b16 but yet they deliver it down the block to a whole house! thank god i have the young ladies number to text and let her know my package is at her house. i shouldn't have to go through this for a delivery. i tell you if i'm able to find out what company is doing the delivery and it's fed ex.....i immediately cancel the order! read more

Please help me get this to the appropriate FedEx office. I see my shipment was delivered from Bethpage today so am writing here but corporate should see this. Good luck to me... In the last few days I've had 3 large, heavy boxes delivered via FedEx that were left nowhere near my front door. My first question is why. Were the extra 10 steps too much?? It's not a grand estate. It's a very average sized house. I had to roll each box end to end to get them in my house. My second question is of common courtesy. I have a very visible sign on a bench right outside my front door asking for all deliveries to please be left on the bench. Not everyone can pick up and carry large heavy boxes. I'd say that about 98% of the deliveries I receive are from UPS and USPS. Those packages are always left on my bench. It's only FedEx who can't manage to deliver outside my front door let alone on the bench. I have witnessed fedex chucking deliveries of pet food from 20 feet away so it lands halfway between my driveway and front door. People forget the Ring camera captures everything. Not that anyone at FedEx cares but when I order things in the future I will take great pains to be sure FedEx is not the carrier and will share my experiences with family, friends and neighbors as well as the Yelp community. 12/8/22 and they're at it again. Heavy box left by the garage when less than 10 steps more they'd be at my front door. Unreal. 12/9/22 well, they got a little closer to the door...what is the problem FedEx?? read more

I stopped by to drop off a return for my wife which had been pre-labeled by her. Unfortunately the receiving address was cut off of the label. So I go to FedEx on Hempstead tpke in Levittown to mail 2 packages. One was going to GA the other going to VA. So the one package made it to GA but the other never made it to VA. I go back to FedEX and I want to see if they can track the package that was suppose to go to VA. The manager goes in the back and comes back to tell me that according to the cameras I walked into the store with only one package, the one that went to GA. I come home and looked all over the house wondering where the package was that was suppose to go to VA..I can't find the package... A few days go by and my SIL tells me that she received the package, the one going to VA! So this manager lied to me, made me do more work looking for the package!! Instead of admitting that maybe they misplaced the package they that made it look like I lost the package! I will Never go back there! She was inconsiderate and nasty!! read more

Terrible everytime I go rules on what boxes are accepted changes and it's only this one... one time I get complimented on how my packages look next time they are making me buy new stuff bc it's not able to ship in what it's in or how it looks.. never a problem at any other fed ex or usps or ups I don't get it read more

Love this FedEx...people are nice...service is good...helpful...clean...best part they are open until 8:00pm...that's so helpful, gives me time to get home and pick up package and go straight to the place. read more

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable,they went out of there way to explain how the shipping options work. Staff was ok. Prices for one small box with bubble wrap $15 I saved $5 by having them use brown paper to pack instead. Still $10.31 for them to put a small box together and use brown paper for stuffing. Go to Home Depot and buy the supplies their mark up is 1000% and I already had the pre paid shipping labels. This was strictly for a box and paper. read more
