I don't follow directions well. I have adhd. I don't find it a negative it's more a positive. I'm better suited with action & have to pay attention or can't recall. I don't have patience. They are simple for Jenn. Typically phone has the label ready to be shared. My phone needs to be incessantly restarted. I need a new phone. This one is outdated. The PDF choices aren't as good as they once were unless you want to pay. Jenn, Jorge', & the other employees which I had written down but lost their names are all very professional, kind & helpful. Jenn helped me at my various visits. The items returned are heading to the same facility yet I had to go to Walgreens to send one package. They don't give you a tracking number or other at pharmacy store. Strange to purchase 2 items from the same store online yet they are returned by two different facilities. I'd think the business would prefer all comes back in one package opposed to paying for 2. It's a reliable online business & I don't have one near me. I needed them for an event the next day so I called Staples very much in a panic and asked to speak to the printing department. I spoke with Mindy (maybe Mandy) who was so helpful and absolutely understood my worry about getting them done in time. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and said they could indeed do this today. In the end the manager of the original shop called me, very apologetic, and went out of his way to deliver them to me this morning. So while I didn't end up using Staples, I wanted to acknowledge how helpful they were and how their staff was calm and helpful at a time when I was totally panicking!

Tracking said the package was in Memphis, Tennessee for days. Each day they said the package would be delivered by 8 PM at the latest. However, the truck was back at the terminal by 6 PM with my letter on board each day. Fedex customer support said I could not pick up the letter in person until they had attempted 3 deliveries. We will never use Fedex again. And, by the way, they said they will not automatically refund our money for this TERRIBLE service.

I've been coming here for years and it's never once let me down. The staff, most of whom I've dealt with at this point, are always kind, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Today I had to ship an incredibly large package, and the young man working went above and beyond to make it easy. That's just par for the course here. I've done returns, shipped boxes to international destinations, printed documents, and every single visit has been a good one. The ample parking doesn't hurt either.

The interior could probably use a deep clean. Usually I'm just dropping something prepaid off (which is so easy to do with the ample counter space), but a few times I've had to wait to ship something out. I'm sure they're busy/actually doing something, but it has felt in the past like there's more employees behind the counter standing around talking then actually helping customers. The last time I was there, the person helping me ship out a package was friendly though!. Open 8am Monday through Saturday; closed at 6pm daily (except on Saturday when they close earlier at 4pm). Closed on Sundays.
