I've been a customer for three years now using them a lot in the past. I went in there to ship back a package to Amazon, but I forgot to tape the box shut. They would not tape the lid for me and they wouldn't allow me to use their tape gun instead asking me to purchase a seven dollar roll of tape or have to drive all the way home to tape it mysel They mentioned they can't let customers use the tape gun for liability but then why could the guys just tape it for me ? While the clerk was helpful with offering the Wi-Fi password when my phone wouldn't load the proper qr code for my return, he had some rude and unhanded things to say about my body. We arrived at the UPS store, with stuff to ship, but no box or packing supplies. The line was five people deep, but we still were helped within two minutes. The employee that helped us was efficient, kind and was able to help us find the right size box at the best price very quickly. We were shipping a care package and they were happy to use the colorful packing stuffing paper and stuff so that it would look nice. We couldn't of asked for a better shipping experience! read more

I sent an email to the Store requesting the mail box form fees. Three days went by (Hence the 4 stars) with no response. So I called them and spoke to a very nice gentleman. Josh. I inquired about the fees on the form and he politely provided the monthly fees. I then inquired if he had some additional time and he responded politely yes. I use UPS stores frequently. I just went in for one color copy and was charged 3.22. Much more than a couple of weeks ago. I called a couple of other copy shops and found the going rate was less than 1.00 so I called them, thinking there was an error. I was told over the phone the cost was 2.00, then the gentleman corrected himself and said that it was now 3.00. I told him the going rate was less than 1.00 and he replied that they were individually owned and could charge anything they wanted to. This may be true, but is not very fair. So they won't be charging me anything and I'll be letting my friends know that perhaps they should avoid them as you never know what they might be charging that day. read more

Been here in line for at least 15 minutes, they have 2 dudes working and are as slow as possible, one was working on notarize while one was supposed to be working on counter, he was trying to locate a pkg but it was not in store, he continued to stay on phone as i stood there and others piled in, he had no intentions of trying to move at all. He took the wonans number to call her back in re of her pkg but sat on his ass on phone rather than prioritizing re wait on customers in line and make calls later. Insane. read more

This has to be the worst store in Saco. UPS should take note of how dysfunctional and rude they are. Customer service is nonexistent. The store is filled with clutter. It is too bad because the location is perfect. I drive to Staples to drop off UPS packages if I have to and use other mail services just to avoid this store. I truly wish I can give this location zero stars. I am a firm supporter of UPS. I have a box at the UPS store in another state that I've had for seven years now. I use them over any other shipper- other than the post office. However, this location has absolutely the worst customer service of any UPS store I have ever had the displeasure of being in. Joseph, is absolutely an insult to customer service professionals. He should never be in customer service of any kind, nor deal with customers face-to-face at all. Not only does he disrespect them, to their face, but the sarcasm is off the charts. He will not do anything to help a customer, let alone go above and beyond. The worst part is, anybody that works in that store, that is just starting out, is learning very bad habits from him. And so, this location has absolutely no chance at all. These guys saved the day-- I was running way late to have an important letter mailed before a deadline. I called them one minute before closing and they actually answered, I explained the circumstances and told them I was less then 5 minutes away. They said they would wait for me and helped me out. They did not know me and definitely did not need to go out of a limb like that on a Saturday at closing. I highly recommend this location. They seem to care about their customers! read more

I have a box at this location and including setting up the box, everyone that works at the store have always been extremely helpful. They are knowledgeable and always point you in the right direction whenever possible. I've seen them have to deal with a handful of rude customers in the time I've had my box, and they always maintain calm demeanor, while still trying to be as helpful as possible. They are hands down some of the most professional people I have met despite what others may say. read more

We had trouble with a mailing label and instead of trying to help, the employee was rude and dismissive. He seemed to enjoy saying no to helping us. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went in to try to send a package to India and found them most unhelpful. I may not be knowledgeable about the customs regulations, but the person who helped me was impatient, condescending and just plain rude. At one point when I inquired about a UPS service "like at FedEx", he responded, "Then you should go to FedEX, because we don't have anything like that." My jaw dropped! And it went downhill from there. This is not the first time I have found their customer attitudes lacking, but previously they were just indifferent. I guess they feel they're the only game in town. This place is so overpriced, and the owners so rude I won't step in there ever again. I took a package there recently and they told me it would cost $99 to ship, I took it to FedEx in SoPo and it cost $56. They over charge for stamps, copies and boxes. read more
