I have been calling for at least 15 minutes it is answered then says please hold as I connect you to the operator, but it never gets answered eventually goes to a busy signal! Online not any better, need a missed delivery slip but one was not left.

I had a pile of debris in my yard that I needed to put into a dumpster. They would not deliver the…read moredumpster to me only for a day or two, it had to be here for five days. So I had them placed a dumpster in my yard, and I had another contractor that I had already scheduled excavate the base for a driveway and work around the dumpster. The contractor knew they were supposed to pick it up on the fifth day, so he left his equipment here so he could pave it with asphalt that day. We are now on the ninth day and the container has still not been picked up. The asphalt contractor had to come pick up all his equipment and bring them to another project and they'll get back to us whenever they get back to us. I will not be using them for rolloff service ever again. I called multiple days in a row, I got assurances, and then they never came and I never got a call back. Communication is terrible, follow-through is terrible, and friendly CSR's do not make up for that. Update. Picked up on the 10th day and the guy left the wood scraps he used under the wheels in my yard instead of throwing them in the container. I don't think this company has standards.

Called back was on hold 32 minutes spoke to someone about the bill. Everything she told me made no sense at all she told me the bill generated on the first was due on the first not in 30 days like the bill plainly stated due 30 day after invoice date. Not to mention all the times they miss the pickup date.

It was the Center Tuftonboro General store and Post Office. OMG! When I walked in, I almost cried with nostalgia. My grandparents owned Dorions Market in Rumford, ME when I was growing up. This was almost a carbon copy. The floors, the smells. And then, the beautiful proprietier, Mary. She was dressed like she was working at Saks 5th Ave! She saw the emotion I was emitting and gave me an awesome, brief history lesson on the store. And, when I said I needed ice for a party down the street, she said "Oh, are you here for Maribeth's 60th?!" Love small towns, love authentic, old General Stores. What an absolute treat for me! I can't wait to go back!

There's a big carved indian as you come in the door. The proprieter claims this store is probably older than the Bath Brick Store. Don't know how he reckons that, but I have no dog in that fight (that I know of). There's a guy in the back who makes pizza and subs. Best meatball sub I've had in years. Making a meatball is an art! Pretty drive and good place to stop for a sandwich if you're in the area.

He has installed and repaired several of my appliances. Last year he installed my new gas stove 2 days before Thanksgiving. He tested for gas leaks prior to leaving and it was negative. The following day, I was about to travel to NJ and still smelled rotten eggs. I asked if that was normal - absolutely not. He was at my house within minutes. The problem was the gas valve itself (bad, old style) and when I moved the stove back in place, it caused a leak. Nothing he did wrong. He fixed it and tested it to ensure safety. This made it so my animals were safe in the home while we were gone. I can't imagine what would've happened if he weren't so responsive! I had the faulty valve replaced as soon as I returned. Always grateful.

I have now been mischarged twice by this business to my Fedex account. It defeats the purpose of…read morethe convenience for me to use them because when I have looked at my bank statements and I have seen the charges made to my Fedex account, I have to call 1 800 GO FEDEX each time to question the charges made and each time they have told me the weight of the items I've sent. The most recent transaction had been a package of 15 of the silicone wrist bracelets. The weight that Mailboxes assigned them was 10lbs!!!! (heavy bracelets huh? don't think so...) Bringing my charge to $70!!!!!!!, to mail them to Florida. What are the people at Mailboxes doing? Leaning on the scale? Charging other people's packages to my account? I will never go to them again and thank you so much Fedex for correcting their screw-up not once but twice now. I suggest to anyone that needs to mail anything, to go anywhere but here. In fact use Fedex, they haven't let me down yet!
