It's rare to have a great experience at places like USPS or UPS these days, and I get it, sometimes it's hard dealing with people. But this location is unlike the rest. I've been coming here for years and it's never once let me down. The staff, most of whom I've dealt with at this point, are always kind, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Today I had to ship an incredibly large package, and the young man working went above and beyond to make it easy. That's just par for the course here. This UPS is super convenient off Route 1. It shares a very small parking lot with several other businesses in a surprisingly busy shopping building (that houses a pizza place, a nail place, a hair salon, etc.), so be careful navigating in and out. The interior could probably use a deep clean. Usually I'm just dropping something prepaid off (which is so easy to do with the ample counter space), but a few times I've had to wait to ship something out. I'm sure they're busy/actually doing something, but it has felt in the past like there's more employees behind the counter standing around talking then actually helping customers. The last time I was there, the person helping me ship out a package was friendly though!. Open 8am Monday through Saturday; closed at 6pm daily (except on Saturday when they close earlier at 4pm). I would not recommend this store. I was there on September 7th. I short haired blonde very rude lady waited on me. She rolled her eyes at me several times and was very snarky!!!! She should not work in retail if she is that miserable!!!!!! I will go out of my way and go to the UPS store in Saco where everyone is fabulous!!!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!!! I would not recommend this store to anyone, they dropped the ball on a very expensive piece of music equipment, even after admitting (UPS Inspector) that it was their fault , they refused to pay the measly $500.00 for insurance, puttiing me out $1700 and I am a homeless veteran...Go to fed ex ! read more

Previously had a great experience here, but this last visit was enough to keep me away for good. I ordered 2 prints online Friday morning. I called immediately after to confirm that they received it and they acknowledged that they did. Said I'd be in at 4:00 to pick them up and they said "Ok." I arrive at 4:00 to pick up my 2 prints and to my surprise- they are not done. The two employees made multiple excuses as well as claiming that they were too "busy" today to get to it. How can you be too busy to take care of a customer that submitted an order over 6 hours ago? If I were actually standing there in person, they would've waited on me but instead they just didn't take care of my order at all because I wasn't physically there in the store. So everyone that came in after I placed my order was given preference. I waited there for FORTY FIVE minutes while this guy goes in the back to print 2 pictures. He messed up a few times by printing the wrong size. Finally, nearly an hour later he checked me out. During checkout the other employee had a problem with her computer so instead of ringing me out then helping her, he completely stopped what he was doing, walked away and helped her instead, came back and overcharged me for 4 prints, in a size I didn't purchase, when I only ordered 2, including a production set up fee! You had over 6 hours to print 2 photos, an exact time in which I'd be there to pick them up but I still had to wait nearly an hour for them in store and then I get overcharged on top of it. Not sure how you think this kind of customer service is okay. Not happy. Won't be back ever. read more

I needed to send back a broken coffee maker and shoes that didn't fit my children. The merchants sent me prepaid labels for both boxes. The UPS store was empty and I walked in and left my packages on the counter. The worker behind the counter walked out into the main area and took one package dropped it down to the ground and kicked it at me. He then took the second package and threw it at me. He then told me to have a nice day. This place is a nightmare. I tried to complain to UPS but each store is independent. I didn't deserve to be treated this way just dropping off prepaid packages. read more

Sometimes I can't make it to USPS. When I can't, I go to this UPS location, which is open later hours, usually till 6 pm which is a plus. Easy to find and convenient location nearby Hannaford. Staff has been friendly and parking is easy right up front. Now for the negatives- I've had a few times going In here where I felt really nickel and dimed- for example, I brought in a some discs and a few items that easily fit in the smallest padded envelope. The staff member then proceeded to go to the back, getting cardboard to protect the cds in the mailer, then bubble wrapped them and taped excessively. I thought "wow this guy is thorough" and overall appreciated the effort packing it and thanked him. Unfortunately I was hit at the register with a surprise "packaging fee" plus the cost of the mailer (also had to get a bigger size mailer due to the heavy packing job=more $) and of course the postage. All in all I could have sent the same items for easily $5 less at USPS and felt like I paid top dollar. My advice to this business is to be more transparent about add on costs up front like fees for helping to pack your item and give the customer the option. My item really didn't need the amount of packing the associate did in order for it to arrive safely. My advice: make sure you bring all you need, pack it with bubble wrap yourself and ask questions if they begin to help you "pack." I'll still return as another option to send items quickly. read more

I am happy to refer this store for shipping needs. I asked them to ship 2 large canvas oil paintings from ME to GA. I was nervous handing these paintings over for shipping. I was assured that they would be well protected. 2 days later my husband called and said that the paintings had arrived safe and in perfect condition. One painting had water soaked on a corner, but the water did not reach inside the packaging to the painting. Thank you so very much for your excellent service. read more

Friendly staff and extremely helpful. The four stars stems from the fact that I tried to send a package using a UPS account but was told that they aren't a "UPS store" in the sense that they're connected to their system. For that, I'd have to go to the hub located in the Staples plaza over near the Jetport. I chose to pay out of pocket instead of making a trip by the mall, but they were very nice about giving me directions and explaining why they couldn't help. read more
