Earlier this year (2025) I opened up a private mailbox with them, and now I visit more frequently. The staff are incredible. They are always friendly, efficient, and quick to answer any questions. I also appreciate that this location sells merchandise from local small business, such as handmade soaps that I like to buy. For whomever it may concern, the parking here is great, and there is a drive-thru available. A covered bike rack is nearby as well, and the suite is accessible by wheelchair.

After much ado, the rental manager finally located our container. We had already contacted Joe at Shipping Solutions and his expertise made us comfortable that he would take care of our items which included an expensive camera and lenses. SADLY, despite saying that they take Post Office USPS packages, expect to be LECTURED when you go and drop off USPS packages. They act like it is a chore, and tell you they will have to walk it over to the post office, and try to shame you into not bringing USPS packages - even though they earn a commission on FedEx and UPS packages. Please change your sign if you do not accept Post office packages They seem to do great other than this glaring weirdness.

I would like our previous carrier Kitty to come back to this route, apparently, she had it for 20 years and she was very good, we all know her and like her. Please remember many people who live in this retirement community are in their 70s, 80s, and even 90s.

The delivery people I encounter are hustling, but not too busy to say good morning. There are three at the counter that I interact with fairly regularly; the tall funny man who teases that he is charging you when he's not, the kind woman who checks to see how heavy my packages are because she knows that I'm walking, and the impressive woman who has all of our faces and post office boxes memorized and greets you by name. I saw that there were only two reviews and felt that they definitely did not represent my experience. I want to thank all of these community workers for delivering our mail with a smile despite the frustrations that come with every job.

I eloped…read morerecently on the Oregon coast and had a grand plan to ship my elopement flowers to an Etsy artist to create pressed floral art to commemorate the big wedding day. This required flowers to be packed and shipped quickly to maintain freshness. Of course these flowers are also sentimental and would not be able to be replaced so I called a lot of shipping stores to do my research on which one to go with. From my first call, the woman on the phone was so helpful and clearly invested in helping me pick the best shipping option- she advised me on the limitations of expedited shipping over the weekend and also gave good advice about not wasting my money on overnight shipping since ground shipping would still get my flowers to their destination within reasonable time at much less cost. When I actually showed up a week later, I worked with a different staff member, but he was clearly aware of my case already, gave me free packing paper to use in my project, and was so helpful in patiently giving me all my shipping options again and helping me tape up my box with Fragile and This Way Up stickers.
