AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My husband and I have a 25+year old, small business and have used UPS Store…read moreboxes as our mailing address. This location was our latest of 3 UPS Stores. The first two stores were consummate professionals, with excellent communication and service. THIS store is run by the most unprofessional, disorganized bunch of idiots, and I think they must've changed hands recently, because the first 2 years with them (this is our 5th yr at this location) was not terrible. Once a contract for services is signed, nothing more should be required until/unless at the next renewal the terms, pricing, or corrections/updates are needed. These people will repeatedly ask for forms to be refilled, indicating either extreme disorganization or something sketchy. They will claim the USPS requires the forms to be filled every 6 months to a year, which is absolutely NOT true (I contacted the postmaster). Additionally, they don't seem to know how to use the telephone or email they've been provided to contact a business box holder, so they leave written notes in the box with short deadlines to meet their idiotic requirements. During tax season, they decided to deny services in the form of returning mail sent to us at our prepaid, contracted box. This has caused us a major headache and is seemingly a breach of contract for failing to provide contracted services. The owner should find something more suitable to do, because "service" is a foreign concept to them. Advice to other business owners- find a different store or get a P.O. Box. I would never ever trust them with a package either.

Secondly I asked if they had any type of "flat rate" boxes like the post office and she looked at me like I was insane and then kept saying only if you ship express. I said ok, how do I do that? I need a small box to ship something in and want a standard rate. She then yelled express and she didn't know how to help me. When I said I don't use fedex often, and had no idea what they offered, I just want something similar to the post office flat rate she then said again "only if you ship express." I don't care what you call it, I just explained what I wanted to do, but it was extremely apparent that I was a huge inconvenience to her.

This experience was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable…read more My elderly father brought a package to this UPS Store containing Christmas gifts and family heirlooms as well as handmade items that are truly irreplaceable. He asked the employees for help re-packing the items so they would arrive safely, and he was reassured that they would take care of everything. On Christmas morning, instead of opening our family's cherished belongings, we opened a box containing someone else's Christmas presents labeled for "Lacey and Justin." Our items were gone. Instead of celebrating, our family was shocked, devastated, and crying. We have no idea where our heirlooms are or who received them. The emotional loss far outweighs any monetary value. This was not a simple shipping error -- it was a serious failure to properly handle and safeguard a customer's belongings, especially when assistance was requested and trusted. I would strongly caution anyone considering leaving important or sentimental items in the care of this location. Customers trust shipping professionals to handle their belongings responsibly. Unfortunately, that trust was not upheld in this case. This location needs to take accountability for how customer property is handled, especially when vulnerable customers rely on staff assistance. Management and corporate leadership should take this incident seriously.

I enjoy looking at the various little items they always have for sale while I wait in line. The parking is plentiful since they have the shopping center nearby. It feels dark and honestly a bit depressing…read more When I first walked in, I was trying to print some papers, but they only had one printer and unfortunately, I couldn't print from my Google Drive like I can at Office Depot. I gave up on trying to email the papers because the internet was useless. I decided to purchase a couple of items, but there wasn't a single person at the check out stand. There was one gentleman at the computer service stand helping another guest, but he, nor anyone at the printing counter acknowledged the long line of people waiting to be helped for a very long time. I was about to give up and walk out when someone finally came over - while also arguing with the computer service person about the line. When they checked guests out, it seemed they were very inconvenienced by doing their job. One girl came in either from her lunch or for the start of her shift and immediately began checking people out without even putting her stuff down first, which was appreciated, but I did feel bad for her. My second visit was better as the staff were a bit more friendly thankfully. Overall though, it is certainly not my first choice in FoCo for office supplies.
