When I went to send the package, I needed help writing the shipping label for overseas. The woman was unfamiliar with how to fill out a section of the label and when I kindly asked if there was someone else who could help me, she said no and refused to find other assistance. She was also unfamiliar with the shipping rates. I don't believe that there has been no one else in town that's sent a care package overseas. Trying to do something this holiday season for the men and women who serve our country and this is the service I get.

The lady looked up both tracking number, and put my customers packages at the retail desk for easy pickup for her. WOW! He's lazy asf & would rather try to cram a package in the mailbox instead of waddling allll the way up my 10 feet of driveway to drop it off, so I'm left trying to wrestle it out of the smaller other end, scraping my knuckle & trying to break the box down INSIDE to get it out. I had to stop sending gifts cards and started sending checks instead, but they don't make it to their final destination.
