I took 7 paintings in for packing and Brian told me that he couldn't give an estimate until he did the work. He said that he charged $20 per hour in labor. In the end he charged $595. All the paintings were stuffed into a single box and they moved around when the box was tipped over. When I called to give him this feedback, he argued with me. He told me to try UPS or a moving company next time. I have used UPS to do some packing for me and they do a better job for 1/3 the price. I am one dissatisfied customer.

As soon as I get home and open it I realized ho dry mounted the artwork on a black board, and simply just put it back into my frame and damaged the frame. I call and ask why did he do that knowing it'll destroy the value of the artwork, he said coldly "sorry I Fd up!" This man refused to share his insurance information with me, refuses to pay back for the money he took from me, he kept telling me that he spoke to the insurance and it's been taking care of, 3 months later after lies upon lies he says I'm not paying you sue me!!! Unfortunately my area was not an area that he services but my job somewhat was. I was so grateful for him coming and helping me because my phone was in dire need. I went to apple on several occasions trying to secure an appointment with them but for some strange reason they are always booked. So I looked on yelp and found Joshua he's clearly a superhero I wouldn't think otherwise. He came to my job fixed my phone 4 hours later its still working so he obviously did a great job. I would personally recommend him to anyone. He's also very responsive to text messages. The screen is also warranted for a year as long as you don't break it again. I'd rather pay 100 bucks then 175 for an insurance deductible.. or 150 with apple.

No yelling across the way. My new neighbors said they never heard them. I forgot the name of the foreman, but if I ever move again, I'd like them to do my move. I removed one star because I felt the move was pricey. The standard has been 3 hour minimum. I had a four hour minimum plus the one hour standard travel time. I gave a very detailed list and based on the list is how I received the estimate. In my opinion, I felt that they knew it would be completed in less time and this is how they made their money. The move was completed in two hours. Aside from that, I can recommend this company.

The company seemed professional, had us sign everything online, claimed to be insured, and arrived on time. But after pickup, our belongings never arrived. They were 5 days late and kept giving different stories. We later discovered, on our own, that their truck had flipped over in Virginia, hit another car, and someone tragically died. They never told us the truth. They avoided calls, never took accountability, and offered no help in recovering even a single item. My parents lost everything, family photos, furniture, memories, gone forever. At their age, this has been traumatizing and life-changing. We had to start completely over from zero. The owner is David, and the representative who came to our home was Tuffick. They presented themselves as trustworthy, but when tragedy struck, they disappeared.
