The guy who worked the booth, had a sense of humor - was not grumbling and stumbling - and when I asked for a receipt, said; "You can have the kitchen sink." New Jersey humor does get you through the day. This small postal office had the stamps, it had the mailboxes and it made a great impression on me. All the paintings were stuffed into a single box and they moved around when the box was tipped over. When I called to give him this feedback, he argued with me. He told me to try UPS or a moving company next time. I have used UPS to do some packing for me and they do a better job for 1/3 the price. I am one dissatisfied customer.

This man refused to share his insurance information with me, refuses to pay back for the money he took from me, he kept telling me that he spoke to the insurance and it's been taking care of, 3 months later after lies upon lies he says I'm not paying you sue me!!! He is rude, unprofessional, thief, liar, low life, and drunk. I'm attaching photo of the receipt and photos of the artwork after taking it to another art conservator and trying to save it. He doesn't deserve one star!

The company seemed professional, had us sign everything online, claimed to be insured, and arrived on time. But after pickup, our belongings never arrived. They were 5 days late and kept giving different stories. We later discovered, on our own, that their truck had flipped over in Virginia, hit another car, and someone tragically died. They never told us the truth. They avoided calls, never took accountability, and offered no help in recovering even a single item. My parents lost everything, family photos, furniture, memories, gone forever. At their age, this has been traumatizing and life-changing. We had to start completely over from zero. The owner is David, and the representative who came to our home was Tuffick. They presented themselves as trustworthy, but when tragedy struck, they disappeared. Called about 1 week later and they said they needed to get an update from the NYC office and get back to me. Days went by and nothing. Followed up again and same thing. A few weeks went by and had to be a bit of a nag at this point. Unfortunately, a lot more work and money would have to be invested where the results were not definitive. Got the phone back and it had to still be put together with glue. One would've thought they'd give the phone back looking more or less like it did when it got there. However, what really irked me is that the SIM card was missing. Pretty sure it was there the day it was brought in.

I have had these same items embroidered in the past without issues. This time around they placed the logo and name on different sides of the various items. They never said that they would have to do this, and there was no communication from them what so ever. When I noticed that they misplaced the logo and name on my coats and brought them back to the store, the gentleman behind the counter who took my order said he had no notes on the order regarding placement, and that he could offer a refund for these misprints but had to go get his manager George. When George came, he stated that this is why he does not want to let people bring their own items in to be embroidered, because they are too picky. I am not being picky, i just expected uniformity. This was not an issue on previous orders, but now it was. George did not offer anything to resolve this for me. Being a repeat customer, and having just ordered 500 dollars of embroidery, I would have been happy with them simply crediting me for the items that were mis-embroidered, like the one gentleman offered to do. I was going to be ordering dozens of t-shirts from them for the warmer months, but i will no longer being using them. They were rude and acted like i created the problem, when they simply messed up. Everyone messes things up sometimes, but when you do you have to be accountable for it, and most businesses try to keep their clients happy. They do not communicate at all, and never even let you know when your order is ready for pickup, but they have no problem blasting your email with junk. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially a smaller company or individual. They do not care about their clients. If you are somebody that is looking for printing, marketing, or embroidery services, look elsewhere. You will be much happier, and you will get what you actually pay for. Zero stars.

Got an even more off-feeling as he kept repeating incorrect dimensions that I'd corrected him on, and how on google street view the shop looks totally dilapidated etc. But whatever, support local small businesses right? Well...after emailing precise instructions over, and not hearing anything back a couple of days later I called asking for the project status, and he asked me if I'd emailed him. I said yes, and he said well his designer "wasn't in the office yet". Uh...ok. Didn't hear anything back again, and waited and waited. Eventually called back a couple of days later and he said the designer's kid was "sick" and then rudely said that he would pull the project and put down the phone. Sorry to hear that (if true) but a simple notification rather than ghosting and making endless excuses would suffice. I won't be giving this place any further business.

The presents were unwrapped and one of them missing. I honestly believe someone was Christmas shopping in my package. It is a federal crime to tamper with mail and when I filed a complaint with the postal service, I received no response. I'm sure nothing will come of my complaint, but beware, there are thieves working for the postal service. I will only mail letters through the post office, packages will be shipped with UPS or FEDEX.
