She was so helpful. I could see that she was a good employee and she made me feel good when I left. I hope people give her credit for that excellent employee and a nice person.

I came in to send a certified letter and politely asked for guidance since I had never mailed one before. Instead of being helped respectfully, I felt rushed and spoken to in a very abrupt manner. At one point, items were handed to me in a way that felt disrespectful rather than helpful. I was repeatedly told to move aside while other customers were attended to, and when I asked simple questions, the responses felt impatient and unkind. I made a conscious effort to stay calm and not escalate the situation because I believe respect goes both ways, even during stressful moments. I simply expected basic customer service and professional communication. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve, because everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. I am not leaving this review because of one mistake, but because of the way I felt treated throughout the interaction. I hope customer service and communication improve for future customers.

I live in the neighborhood so I do come here often enough…read more There's a paying parking lot right next to the post office, but if it's a busy day in season it may be hard to find a spot. If you go early enough you usually won't have a huge wait. However there's usually only one person sometimes two to help. I've had one or two ladies that were helpful but there's one person no matter the time of day, no matter how nice and the biggest smile you can put on, she's just rude. And because you need her for your mailing needs you just have to put up with it. I'm the kind of person who likes the challenge of making someone smile even if they've been having a tough day. No chance with this one. Just giving a heads up, it's nothing you did, she's just rude ;)

I'm not too surprised by the reviewers' ratings because I have seen the line out the front door…read moreseveral times. This location is fairly close to our residence, so we use it. Whenever I have gone inside to drop off PREPAID packages to the counter, I always get dirty looks from the people who have been standing in line for a long time. It looks like I'm trying to crowd ahead of others. It gives me the creeps. Unfortunately, there is no designated spot to drop your package off except to immediately go left to the counter after you enter. Once the postal lady finally looks at you, you loudly have to say "Prepaid," and she points to the counter without saying a word. Then carefully go around the angry people in line and get the heck out of there. If you go to the USPS website, they urge you to USE their prepaid service because it is quicker and easier, with no standing in long lines! But when you get to any post office, there are NO SIGNS where to place your package. This is a problem at every post office that I have tried. The counter area is usually a non-supervised place. I don't want my packages to be stolen or lost or forgotten. Then you have a whole set of new problems. I definitely do not enjoy going to a post office to mail anything. I won't even mention the attitudes of some of the employees.
