I felt so bad and it didn't make me feel nice so I left and I went over to this post office and the lady was really great. She had a good sense of humor dry sense of humor, but I really liked her. She was so helpful. I could see that she was a good employee and she made me feel good when I left. I hope people give her credit for that excellent employee and a nice person.

They refused to assist me or explain my options, declined to provide service, and refused to show their name tags when asked. As a result of their behavior, I became upset and expressed my frustration. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they asked police officers to remove me from the premises. She behaved in an aggressive, unkind manner, without a smile or polite words, to the point that I told her that I didn't feel good about going out to send mail to Israel because it was urgent and I have no idea why she was acting towards me like a police officer or an army commander. I was looking for something in the address that was missing and instead of helping, she continued to answer in a big way. Finally, when I said, please call the manager, she told me: You're crazy! This is not my usual experience at this office, nor in Aventura, where everyone is nice, polite, and kind-hearted. We live in a very difficult and violent world today, and I think that nice and pleasant service can help get through the day, and a girl like that should not serve the public.

They absolutely offer the best rates domestically or internationally; UPS and FedEx can't compare. Be sure to send your International packages "First Class" instead of "Priority" and you'll save 50% of the cost but also, be sure to fill in a customs form for First Class if you're sending a package outside the US. (Priority has their own custom's form) My experience was excellent and every attendant was super super friendly and apologized for the long wait to every customer as they walked up! Talk about customer service at their finest...you can't even get that from your local Starbucks.

If you go early enough you usually won't have a huge wait. However there's usually only one person sometimes two to help. I've had one or two ladies that were helpful but there's one person no matter the time of day, no matter how nice and the biggest smile you can put on, she's just rude. And because you need her for your mailing needs you just have to put up with it. I'm the kind of person who likes the challenge of making someone smile even if they've been having a tough day.
