I received rude and unprofessional service from the post office manager, Fernando, and a clerk named Nicolette. They refused to assist me or explain my options, declined to provide service, and refused to show their name tags when asked. As a result of their behavior, I became upset and expressed my frustration. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they asked police officers to remove me from the premises. I believe this conduct is inappropriate for government employees and does not meet the standards of customer service expected from USPS staff.

If you go early enough you usually won't have a huge wait. However there's usually only one person sometimes two to help. I've had one or two ladies that were helpful but there's one person no matter the time of day, no matter how nice and the biggest smile you can put on, she's just rude. And because you need her for your mailing needs you just have to put up with it. I'm the kind of person who likes the challenge of making someone smile even if they've been having a tough day. The employee who was on the far right of counter was very friendly and sweet to me. You have to wait until he "slowly", walks around, checks everything out (boxes, fax, the floor, etc). Eventually he will turn on the computers and you the look to come up to him. He'll spend so much time just looking around and SLOWLY WALKING AROUND, you pray someone will take over for him. If you're lucky enough to get one of the younger girls...you start thanking the heavens. I do everything I can to keep from going there. Because of him, the lines are extensively long. Also, he starts talking to the customer about small talk, while the line keeps getting longer. Stay away if you can! The UPS in Sunny Isles is fantastic. The 2 on Hallandale Beach Road...fantastic. If you use this one don't think you will ever be able to "just drop something off". They should have a line for just Pre-Labeled drop off where they give you a receipt . The box you can put it in will not guarantee you dropped it off and the way he works, I would not trust it.
