Even if you don't have packing supplies, and just show up with the item you need to ship, they've got you covered. They have everything you need to ship things- from boxes, to packing peanuts, to tape. If you are engaged in any type of e-commerce and have a seller's reputation to keep up, you need to be using UPS. I once had to mail a router that I sold via eBay and showed up with just the router and the address where it needed to be mailed. No box, nothing to ship it in. But by the time the UPS guy finished packing my item for me, it looked like it was being shipped from a professional store. The packing service is complimentary if you buy the supplies here, but even if you DIY your package, they will double check it for you to make sure it arrives in one piece. This UPS store not only knows how to handle packages, but also people. Everyone is so friendly, so calm and helpful, they completely take the stress out of the whole process of shipping packages. It feels good to hand your boxes over to the people here knowing that they've got this and your package will arrive as promised (something not guaranteed at the post office!). They've really got a great team of people working here, they make it easy for me to feel good about giving them my business.

This is usually where my anxiety comes in. However, I was greeted by an extremely helpful and patient staff member named Nick. He not only helped me make sense of everything but he helped me contact Amazon customer service to resolve one of my issues. It did not matter how long the line got he never made me feel like I was holding things up. Instead he continued helping other customers with a smile and did his job effectively and efficiently. Excellent customer service. We will definitely return.

I used to loathe, loathe, loathe going to the post office. I would either just send things via UPS…read more(super expensive) or print out a label online, which wasn't really cost efficient when I was shipping books and dvds, which can be sent cheaply via media mail. I have found myself selling more and more books and the like, and I am SO HAPPY that the local post office is so great. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes at this place (I do go either from 10-12noon or 2-3pm if that helps), and all the postal workers who man the counters are so nice. EACH ONE OF THEM- there is a funny guy, tall, and very friendly, another one named Anthony who gave my friend a pair of sunglasses that had been left in the post office for months. There is also a newer guy (I had him one time while he was training) a middle-aged Asian man, who is very nice and an older woman. I need to look at names!! Everyone is so nice and friendly and aren't snippy and impatient with you and will answer all your questions. It's hard to work in service industries (trust me I know!) especially when you have to deal with a service that isn't as popular as it used to be (when was the last time you got a letter?), but I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the staff at this North Brunswick Post Office, because they have made every trip a pleasant experience each time I go to send some stuff.

I logged onto the website, uploaded my flyer, selected and paid in advance, and everything was ready before promised when I arrived for pick up. Customer service could use some improvement as the staff was not very friendly this visit, though service in the past has been much better. I also picked up some packing tape while here. The price point is about the same as competitors, so definitely not cheap for front and back color printing, but it got the job done. Would recommend the service.

Using the self service check in kiosk became my go to when there was a line. One time I did not keep my receipt from the kiosk and that was the only time a package was lost. It took a month to get reimbursed for the package, but it ended up all good in the end. I recently moved from East Brunswick and now I miss their very good service and I'm stuck with marginal Fedex offices in the Monroe Township and south Jersey areas.. It was necessary to spend countless hours going over the invoices because they were ALWAYS incorrect. They tried to charge me 12,569.00 for FedEx invoices from my account, low and behold, I had already paid them but getting them to understand was next ti impossible. CUSTOMER SERVICE - non- existent.
