Abysmal customer service. Woman behind counter was curt, rude and not the least bit helpful. I ALWAYS try to avoid going there.

The post office building is split into two sections. The first has all the PO boxes, the second has the customer service and both sections have boxes and ares for your to prepare your mail. The customer service area also offers decorative envelopes and boxes for sale. Quick tip: Bring a pen, this isn't TD Bank and there aren't ample amounts of pens to use, so if you didn't prepare your mail before arriving bring a writing utensle.

I came in post christmas, so the post office was packed, yet there was only one employee working while the line was growing out the door. There were other employees who would pop in and offer to show people how to use the self service machine to buy stamps, but did not help any additional customers. The employee who rang me up was rather rude and I thought it was extremely odd he announced my total loud enough for the entire store to hear. Also, this location had run out of certified mail tickets. Not sure how it's possible for a post office to run out of those, but they offered no suitable alternatives in trying to help other customers out who needed them. I won't be back here anytime soon.

He is really horrible…read more As per someone else that did a review, he does try to over sell you on shipping your packages. If your female and you get him, best of luck trying to leave quickly. I've seen it numerous times. If your pretty, he will try to flirt with you and try to keep you at the counter as long as possible with his ramblings on how to ship a package. It doesn't matter how long the line is, he will stand there and try to talk to you forever. He also goes overboard with trying to explain everything to every single person. Sometimes trying to be too helpful is way overbearing, especially when your not asking for help. It's really miserable for me to go in there and see him. I just pray I never get him. I'll have to find another Post Office. Because of this man, there are lines at this Post Office. By the time he finishes with one person, another employee could have finished with 2-3 people. Sorry for such a negative review but they really need to move him to another department.

I have lived in Mount Laurel since 1990 and I think he has always been here. I grew up in a small town & Dennis reminds me of the way it was there, with people taking the time to say hello & actually speak to one another. He seems to enjoy his job greatly &, yes, he does tell you all of the shipping options because he wants you to make the best choice. I never saw him try to oversell anything. In fact, he has even given me a tip on what can ship as a letter (the cheapest rate) rather than going by package. He seems like he actually cares about his work & people; unusual in modern times, I know, and maybe people aren't used to that! The down side here is that he parking lot is small for the number of customers they get & the line for service inside the building can also get long. They definitely need more parking & people around the crazy holiday shopping times - so avoid being here then if you can, or get here way before closing & have an hour or so to spend at the holiday time. The library is right next door. You could park there & come over here. And visit the library. It is a good one. There is overflow parking across the street next to the police station but I think people avoid it because it is the police station. The recycling center is around the corner so you can make the errand run hitting these spots, if needed. Target is down the road. Back to the post office: they have all the supplies you might need - even gift cards.

Recently, I've found their customer service to be outstanding and above par, especially compared to their local competition. If you're in the computer department, seek out Chris. He's one of the most knowledge computer people I've met, and one of the most honest sales person I've met. Bonus! They'll price match. So before you take your purchase to the register, run a quick google search to see if you can get your item somewhere cheaper.

So I came in to print myself in the store through self service. I find it interesting how the website was going to allow me to order a specific job yet when I went in the store I was told by the lady behind the print service desk that they were out of 11x17 card-stock matte paper. I was not told of any other options nor any other recommendations to substitute the paper I requested. It's a shame that companies hire individuals who lack the inability to provide customer solutions. I ended up asking if they sold the paper I wanted and they did. I had to buy a pack of 125 sheets of paper when I only needed four copies. This was all due to lack of supplies of the store. As I was setting up my print job, I noticed that the tray to insert card stock paper does make sense as a cabinet is blocking the tray. I had a couple of questions but everyone was preoccupied. I finally was able to get someone to help me out when the self service printer was not allowing me to preview my print before it printed. I informed the associate what was going on and he only repeated what I said, he did not inform me why the printer would not let me see a preview. I told him I wanted to see the document before it printed because I did not want to me charged for a copy that I do not want. He proceeded to tell me that it only cost $1.15 and he clicked print. I did not appreciate that. Another error came up on the system and the gentleman told me there was a problem with the printer and to move to another printer but he didn't explain why all these errors were popping up. He only instructed me to to a different printer because the one I was currently at was no longer worker. No one was able to assist me. I ended up paying for a pack of paper to print due to the lack of supplies, then couldn't even print because the printer was not working. It's interesting how easy something can be done when good customer service is provided. I went around the corner to FedEx and the gentleman there was able to print my documents in under 5 minutes with the paper that I needed. Yet the associates at Staples couldn't even help me to print a single thing.
