I was expecting to get my package in around 3-6 days because it is only a 4 day drive from NJ to CA. But in those 3 days, all the package moved was from Fairview to Kearny. It took 3 days to move from one post office to the next in the same state! Now, its been sitting at Kearny for 3 days and hoping to get it by today since it says expected delivery is 6/6 even my package is sitting on the opposite of the country. This store is irresponsible, misleading, and only cares about charging you money upfront. Once they get your payment, they wash their hands and blame "the delivery." Nobody tells you the truth, and they don't take responsibility for anything. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this UPS Store. They act more like scammers than professionals.

I called beforehand to let the staff know my father would be coming, and I also provided my ID. We do share the same address because we live together, yet there was still no consideration given. What's most frustrating is that no one even took the time to properly check my ID before refusing to release my packages. I've never experienced these kinds of issues at the South Street UPS location. Instead of making excuses, please focus on resolving the situation and showing customers that you actually care about providing professional service with people with disabilities.

The only reason I had to pay anything is because they made me pay for the printing of my return label which I have never ever in my life had to do. And then they charged me another 50 cents on top of the 1.50 for a transaction fee. There is no transaction fee on a debit card pin transaction. That is a complete robbery of a charge and apparently illegal based on my search.
