First, they told me the truck would arrive at a certain time, but on moving day they changed the arrival time by almost 4 hours. When the movers arrived, we already had everything packed and ready, but they took an extremely long time to load the truck. When we were almost finished, the truck left ahead of us because we were going to meet them at my new home. I left about an hour later and drove almost two hours along the same route. When I arrived at my destination, the truck was nowhere to be found. I called and called several times to find out what was happening, but **NO ONE EVER ANSWERED.** Eventually, they sent me a text message saying that the truck had broken down on the way and that they were waiting for it to be repaired so they could continue to the destination. Almost an hour passed, and I called again. No one answered. I sent messages--no response. After almost two hours of trying to contact them to find out where the truck was, they finally sent me another text saying that the truck had to go to a repair shop and that I would receive my belongings the next day--or possibly the day after that. I tried calling and contacting them repeatedly to find out where the truck was, but **I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.** That night, my children, my husband, and I had to sleep on the floor because we had nothing to sleep on. The next morning, I started calling again because I needed to know where the truck was. One of my children has disabilities, and his medication was inside the truck, which was extremely concerning to me. The only response I received was: *"We have a report that there was a mechanical failure with the truck last night. We will try to contact the driver."* They never called me back for hours. I kept trying to reach them, but **NO ONE could tell me where the truck was or when I would receive my belongings.** Eventually, I spoke with someone--I believe her name was Sharon. I explained that I needed the truck's location so I could get my child's medication. I told her that I didn't care how far I had to travel; I just needed to get the medication. Instead of helping me, she yelled at me over the phone and wouldn't even let me speak. She told me there was nothing she could do, that they could not give me the truck's location, and that I could not take anything out of the truck until it reached its destination. I explained again that my child needed his medication, and **THEY DID NOT CARE.** During the entire day, they only sent me one text message saying that they were going to find another truck to transfer my belongings and deliver them. I told them that I wanted to be present when the belongings were transferred and asked where the truck was. **They never responded again.** At that point, I called the police because my child's medication, my important documents, and many years' worth of belongings and hard work were inside that truck. We filed a report, and the police contacted the company as well. The company gave the police the same response: *"We will try to locate the driver."* We had to sleep on the floor again that night because there were still no updates. The next day, they finally sent me a text saying that the truck would arrive in about two hours. And yes--**FINALLY, they arrived with my belongings.** If I could give this company **-1,000 stars, I would.** **THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.** According to what I was able to find, the trucks, drivers, and helpers involved were not properly registered or authorized with FMCSA. I recommend that you go to the location as early as possible, so you can be one of the first seen. There is a specific service window for passport services. You'll need to queue up there and sign your name on a list to be seen (each line is an estimated time slot). Then they'll ask you to fill out forms and then ensure that you have the right form of payment. A postal worker will call names off in the order of the list. When your name is called, you'll be taken to a seating area outside of the office where your passport picture will be taken. You wait there and then you'll be called into the room. After you get your picture taken, you'll then wait again for them to process the paperwork and then mail out your application to the Fed (you pay for postage). The whole process took about 45 minutes for me.
