This is something that we've been talking about doing for quite a while and we finally made the decision to complete the application and go for the interview. There are lots of benefits to getting global entry- the main one being less time at the airport when returning from International travel. Global entry also includes TSA precheck status. I was interviewed by Officer Juan Alberto Lopez. Officer Lopez was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during the interview. The Office is located right at the border of Arizona and Mexico in Nogales ( There were no available appointments any closer for months). The office is behind a security gate, but are allowed in for Global Entry appointment by the Officer at the gate. We had a really good experience with this process, and we just received email notification that we were both approved :). Our cards will arrive in the mail and are good for 5 years. First my father, and two days later my mother. Ironically, it was my father who was making arrangements for mom who was terminally ill. The day after my father passed away, I went to the funeral chapel and I was promptly greeted by Liza who escorted me to a room to make my dad's funeral arrangements. She asked if we wanted coffee or water. It's never easy to plan for one funeral, yet alone two. But their staff made it so easy. They are truly so sympathetic with what your going through and they make you feel like your part of their family. What amazed me was their attention to detail and thoroughness. When mom passed away at home, they we're there within 30 minutes after being called. The way my parents looked in the casket, the ease of uploading pictures to be shown on their big screen, the musical cd that I had given them to play, flower and family picture displays. They even took all the flower arrangements after the funeral to my parents home at no cost. The facility is huge and clean with ample parking. I'm sure that the cost for a funeral among the different funeral chapels are pretty much the same. But what stands out with this chapel was their personal touch and their sense of caring. Staff member Liza is truly amazing in what she does, always either texting me or calling to follow up on things. The Martinez family of TJ and Tamye were their to extend their condolences and wanted to make sure that I had, given the circumstances, the best possible service, and I did.

However, as a guest of the services I was struck by how attentive and friendly the staff was. They seemed to have a great attention to detail and were both professional and caring at the same time. I was also impressed with the facilities themselves. They had a nice large reception/waiting area with a front desk that appeared to be manned by at least one member of the staff at all time. Also a small kitchenette with water and coffee available to all (except no coffee for kids as the signage clearly stated). And the chapel itself was lovely but still enough of a blank slate that you could use it comfortably for any type of religious or secular service. It was of an adequate size to easily fit a couple hundred people. I think Martinez is a great option if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a funeral home in Nogales.

Jose is the only way to fly whether you need a seamstress or custom furniture, I'm coming here cause if you need expertise, he's the only one answering direct to consumer.
