Then when they are delivered they are literally thrown at my door. I work at home, so I know this. I have had to return 3 items last month due to them being broken. When you call to complain it is a 800 number only so you are speaking to someone in India that does not give a shit and claims there record shows that the unit number was not on the package! I have pictures that show otherwise!!! I have heard this FedEx location is an independent company. Here's hoping you go under!!! Get your shit together and teach the people you hire how to handle packages!!

Like having a full laptop for note-taking in my pocket. But sometimes I need a little laptop for travel and the ASUS Transformer fit the bill perfectly. It is small enough to fit in a fanny pack, but it runs Windows 10. I dug it out recently in order to attend Zoom conferences for work. I was horrified to find that it had come unplugged. The battery had died and it was in a state that it could not recover from. As with the Palm TX, the ASUS Transformer was so perfect that it was discontinued and nothing like it is being made anymore. It seemed like a longshot, but I asked Chris if he would be willing to try to open it up. Fixing it is the easy part. Getting it open without breaking it is the scary part. I can't imagine anyone I would trust more than Chris to do this. Not only did he get it open. He fixed it and got it back together again as good as new. It works perfectly now. And he turned it around immediately. And he stayed in constant contact every step of the way. Who does that anymore? Not only are your repairs a kindness to those of us in need, Chris. Your repairs are also a kindness to the planet by keeping things running instead of using resources to make unnecessary new devices. They took the extra effort to learn about me and my lifestyle so they could recommend the proper items to me, not just what they wanted to "sell" to me. I really appreciated that. I was so impressed with their knowledge, communication, and hospitality that while I was on my second visit I actually decided to buy two watches from Sara. I have yet to take delivery of the pieces, but will be sure to update this review with my experiences once I have them on hand, or wrist. Honestly not what you expect from the United States Postal service, and here the ironic part is that i have had other packages delivered with different names On the packages and still been delivered. It just doesnt make sense. Packages have been here on the property about to get delivered and he'll send it back. And i had general delivery if by any chance something happens. Totally wasting our money, for a 3-5 day refund. But still receiving packages through other services.
