Additionally, communication lacked professionalism and non-essential updates cluttered the app, making it hard to focus on important information, such as a child's health. There are outages multiple times a day, and even though they tried to make improvements to the infrastructure of their network, the outages continued. They do not give proper modem models to handle the speeds you are paying for and replace used or broken equipment with used or broken equipment. Don't think about a 3-day holiday weekend and using the service to relax and stream what you want. There WILL BE an outage. Never fails! Is there recompense for the denied service? NO. Your bill just goes up monthly. When I finally cancelled the service, to move to Kwikom, they tried everything to get me to stay, including offering me 2GB speeds for $20/month for a year. I cancled service and they did not prorate my last bill, which I didn't believe I owed, but charged me for a full month for a service, and equipment, that I didn't even use by that time. No pro-rating for partial month. Just paid my last payment because they sent me to collections for $89.99 that I didn't think I owed. Terribly run company with poor regards for it's customer base. Typical cable provider, kind of like an abuser. They only care about you when you leave them. If you live in the Ottawa, KS area, use Kwikom. Brand new fiber infrastructure and multiple GB speeds to choose from (1GB, 2 GB, and 5GB). The 1GB is $75/monthly flat fee. That's everything included.

This is the time of day when many people find it convenient to do their business. This post office closes at 4:30 as well. It is ridiculous. On Saturday they are barely open at all. Why? Towns of similar sizes in our area have better hours available. Today I went 7 minutes before they should have been closed and the door was already locked. The man inside saw me and still didn't unlock the doors and take my packages. They are open such a short time yet still close early. Today was not the first time I have found the doors locked earlier than the time on the sign claims they will close. This is so inconvenient. I am not the only person who was turned away.
